Green Dot review: Withholding my money

I had my tax refund deposited to a greendot card. I never received a card. I broke my phone and lost access to my greendot account. When I call they tell my the info is wrong either the phone number or address, everytjme I call its something different. I gave them my account number my name, social, dob, address, phone email, I even offered to send my ID. But they put a hold on my account and refuse to give me my money. Since it was deposited Feb 25th. 1183$ I need my money. They tell me to login o line but the info was on the phone I broke and can't access it. What do I do?
