I went into the circle k I go to everyday for something well on dec.5th at 5;17 pm. I put 275.00 on this green dot card and today is the 17th of dec. And there telling me at this time I am not getting my money back.. I think they our f... Up it wasnt me I never it got it actived in my name at all so clearly there show I didnt spend the money on that per paid debit card.. I sure wish I could get the ceos number... I am 60 years olgd and they f... Me over they took my money I dont have any money on ss and then you guys take my money too... Thats wrong...

Claimed loss: i lost 275.00 plus 150.00 late fees 250.00 for the stress.

Desired outcome: for them to give me my money back 275.00 plus 400.00 late fees
