I attempted to load my card at a CVS self-checkout on 2/10/2026, but the transaction resulted in an error. The CVS cashier and manager were unable to issue a refund and instead provided a toll-free customer service number to call.
That same day, customer support asked me to email my receipt, which I did immediately. As of today, 2/19/2026, I still have not received a resolution. Every time I call, I’m told the issue is “being worked on” and has been “escalated,” yet nothing has been resolved after nine days.
Extremely disappointing service and lack of follow-through.
