eToro My deposit was not credited but debited t my account

I deposited $ 1000 ASD ( $ 641.05 USD ) on the 9th of August into my eToro account but instead of my account being credited, it was debited. Before the deposit, there was a credit of $ 27.23 but now there is a negative $ 613.82. The Australian " help center" do not seem to have the skill nor inclination to resolve the matter and say that it was "overnight fees" and then mark the case off as "completed " without any real resolution

eToro Etoro restricted my withdrawal

Etoro is not to be recommended to anyone, or else they will steal your money and never respond to your complaints. When I sent a wire from my bank to Etoro, there was no problem with the transaction, but when I tried to remove the coins I purchased, I got an account restriction email and was told to provide additional documents to further verify KYC.

I remembered being verified earlier before making the deposit, so to say, that is where I noticed something wrong. I sent them the rest of the documents they needed, but they wouldn't resolve the issue I have with my account, and the restriction was not removed. I tried for many months, but Etoro support ignored all my emails. An article I came across on this website about Paige McCubbin helped me in the process of reclaiming my money from Etoro.

The thread discussed how Paigecubbin was able to help people who have been victims of scams reclaim their money from con artists. I contacted her on Telegram through her handle Paigecubbin, and after a few days, she successfully recalled the total amount Etoro frozen, and it was transferred to my bank account. Do not interact with Etoro if you love your peace of mind or money.

eToro Moving coins from their Exchange

I would give a ZERO star for ratings experience, but obviously not allowed.

After many attempts to verify who I am Via I.D, bank account, phone#, location etc. In efforts to withdraw my coins, ETORO, including the supervisory Staff (Cesar, Val, Roxanne, Sarah, Zayne, and others unidentified) refuses to release my coins. This has been going on for over a month. Would not recommend this exchange due to proof it is built on perpetration/criminality, as their main focus is to steal from their customers as much and as often as possible. B.O.L.O. These people are horrible human beings (wolves in sheeps clothing)!

I deposit $11,000 to Etoro but when I tried to transfer my coins, A restriction was placed on my account and told to contact support.

Support asked for more documents, which I sent; I was promised a quick review, but they lied to me; they took months to respond to my emails; and every request to withdraw was rejected.

I recently read a thread on this website about Paige Mccubbin and how she has been assisting individuals like me in reclaiming their money from con artists.

I messaged her on Telegram using the name Paigecubbin. Short version: she was able to reclaim my money from Etoro and have it transferred to my bank in less than four days.

I'm writing this post to raise awareness for anyone else who might be in a similar circumstance.

Never again will I use Etoro.

eToro SL trigger on my Trade due to eToro Service unavailability

I am user of eTORO platform and doing CFD tradings. eTORO has high spread fees on every trade which I am aware of it but at the same time I want stable system which as a user I can be assure all the time as it is involves financial risk. If any maintenance required then it must be communicate by eToro in well advance.

On June 20th, 2022 I had sell position on S&P 500 with ID-[protected].

On June 21st, 2022 I want to change the SL ( Stop Loss) on this order but the eTORO platform had outage. Hence, I couldn't login and I had lost of $1084.80.

I raised complain to eTORO for the same on 21st June 2022. After 12 days on 4th July they confirmed that it was an outage on their site and they will refund $1084.80. I shows my dissatisfaction on the resolution. It was lots of stress and mental trauma for me. I lost money due to system unavailability and it took 2 weeks just to confirm me on that.

After my rejection on the solution, I ask Rebecca from eToro (incident manager assigned to me) to refund 4 times of my loss of money as they must be responsible to make system available without advance notice.

Now today, without my agreement they just close the complain stating that they can't refund more than $1084.80. After 1 months I am just informed one way decision. I see this is unprofessional act. They must compensate 4-5 times of money and ensure such things should not happen as we are paying lots of spread fees and withdrawal fees to eToro.

I need you kind interference in this matter. I don't agree with such solution after 1 month of waiting.

eToro Etoro steal our money on sberbank stock

Etoro did not convert our shares to Moex exchange as other brokers did it, they just steal our money, took everything, i will find a lawyer to recover all my lost

I would advise you to consult Paige McCabbin Firm. She did an amazing job recovering all the money frozen plus the ones that eToro stole from me, all amounting to $334k.

It took her three days to help me recover all my money.

I was paid a few days ago. It was sent to my Citizens bank checking account.

eToro Restricted trading/ and their supposed non existent complaints page.

I'm a UK resident lived all my life but some dumb [censored] Restricted my account preventing me for placing orders because my birthplace is in the united states.

They are basically demanding a social security number that I do not have nor ever will.

I have many times on the ticket stated this and despite providing my UK tax details again and British Passport they still insisted on submitting a W9 that I did in the only way I can.

I signed up on the UK site as a UK resident with uk details because I'm beholden to UK TAX LAW and not a country I have Never held residency in.

There is no where on etoro to raise a legitimate complaint...

eToro CFD Trading

Last month April 2022, I was trading Natural Gas with etoro and observed suspicious behaviour on the etoro platform. The figures were in green in the buy position and went up to around 20 dollars. Then, the figures reduced in green went up to about five dollars in the buy position and in the sell position. Made the way back up again, this time in the sell position to around 20 dollars all within the space of about 20 minutes. I thought this was just normal chart activity, decided to put a trade back in, much to my alarm the buy position was stuck on 1 dollar and the sell position, opposite to what I was trading was running up to 10 dollars and more. I was chasing this back through both positions and it was like the account was being run up. Anyway, me and my wife have had a really bad experience of our accounts being run up through positions with etoro. That is evidence if the position was stuck and did not follow the position in the sell position up. When I observed, the figures are more or less parallel when both the sell and buy positions are active. If you have been losing money with etoro, this is the reason. They are running up accounts of users for their own illegal financial gains.

eToro The worst customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever!
My account was limited because I made deposit via my friends credit card (because card details were saved and it took money automatically), They asked me to upload some documents, which i did, but after that have passed already more then 3 weeks and they keep saying wait and thank you for bearing with us.
I need my money and I have no more time to wait!

eToro eturo took my money out my account

they took 4, 000 out of my acccount, and they had the nerve to lock me out of my account.please give me back my money you guys took with out my
permission.i keep calling them and all they doing is forwarding my calls to voice mails.they did ammit that one of there guys took the money out of my account.but now they lock me out.

eToro Withdrawal of funds from etoro

I recently requested etoro to sell my crytocurrency and send the profits from the sell to me. Their reply to me was to provide them proof of my identity along with a picture I.D. and my bank account data. I used my debit card to purchase the crypto. They know who I am. My local bank has cautioned me not to provide etoro my bank routing number.

Desired outcome: I want etoro to pay me the funds I requested thru my debit card $390.30. Or send me a check for the sell to my home address: Johnnie Osborne, 2101 Middleton Drive, Navarre, Fl 32566

eToro The etoro scammer team

Hello everyone ! I just want to warn you about etoro, what a scam they are. In a nutshell, I deposited a 5 figure sum, which is not that big of a deal, then they requested proof of funds, so I provided everything needed. It was not in English, but in my native language, as any country with official language other than English. 2 weeks after their review, they stated, that basically they can't read it and are shutting down my account, forcing me to close everything, no matter on loss or profit. Cheers, take care guys, do not trust these s...s.

eToro Funds sent to a closed account

I requested a withdrawal from my Etoro crypto trading account on 06/08/2021 to be sent to my updated bank account which I added on the etoro app, but the money was sent to my bank account number that I had on the app earlier which was already closed. I have sent several emails requesting for the money to be sent back to the right account and haven't gotten any response from them, I even attached a bank statement from the bank for the closed account showing the money came but the bank rejected it since the account was already closed. The transaction number is #4267402. The customer complaint number is [protected]. The amount is $1, 165.34.

I have attached a copy of the bank statement from the bank for the closed account and it shows the money coming in but was rejected by the bank.

The account number I want the funds sent to is stated below:

eToro Account closed for no reason, funds held, refuse to respond to my request to send funds

I have been a trading customer of Etoro for years. But at the end of 2020 I received an email from them that told me they were no longer able to service my account in Panama because the rules had changed over my area. I asked them to send my funds back to my personal account but they never did send them. I started contacting them with requests every 2 weeks. After 6 requests with zero response from them, I made a phone call to their UK phone number and left a message. After leaving the message, my account was immediately suspended and I had no way to connect with them any further. Since then I have sent emails, faxes, left phone messages and done everything I could to get them to respond to me. ZERO response for over 6 months. They have my funds. They will not respond. They have all of my money and my contact information. I was a great client of theirs until they shut my account off. Now I am looking to take whatever action needed. My name is Daniel Daves.

Desired outcome: Contact me and arrange a way for them to send my account funds back to me.

eToro Everything on Etoro's help center

I have been trying to contact help on the E toro web site for over a week. I simply cannot log into my account and nothing I try to do has helped. All I get when trying to go to customer service is an error, chat an error, a ticket an error. I don't know what is wrong but this is unacceptable and there is no one to talk to or send an email to in order to fix this problem. Please tell me what to do.

eToro Deposit not paid back

I made a deposit to eToro end of January. Due to the bank account not being able to match my eToro account, the money was supposed to be paid back to the original source. Its already April and all that I have received was messages telling me the process has started, or I get no reply at all for more than 14 days! This is unacceptable. They stated in an email that any transfer will be paid back to the original source within 10 days if not deposited into the eToro account. They have now also blocked my account and I cannot log in.

eToro Returning of funds

Due to eToro being able to match my name, my funds were unable to be applied to my eToro account. I immediately asked for the money to be returned to original source (case [protected]) and that was on the 9th February 2021. At this moment, I still don't have my funds and all I get is "being investigated". It's almost criminal as well over a month is a serious concern for me, so other potential people, if you read this please be warned.

eToro Didn't receive my fund since 5 Jan 2021

Etoro is really a SCAM. I trusted Etoro as it is regulated in uk and Cyprus exchange platform. I invested most of my savings about $33k and during trading I lostt about $11k and on 5 Jan 21, it liquidated all my positions informing that it is no longer working with Mauritius. Next 2 days, I requested my withdrawal about $22k left and gave all my banking datails. They told me the same message that my withdrawal is under review and your request is well received and we will get back yo you later.
I get tired to open tickets which they didn't reply. Moreover they closed my account on 24 Feb and can't log in. Since now, I still didn't receive my fund yet. My brother has same case like and he has $13k but we fear they won't refund us and steal our money. Help us to our hard earned money back.

eToro Payment not received

I tried to Withdraw my money and it was "processed" on 5th of January, since then the support has not provided feedback with a transaction number I can track. Has not found where my money have gone to. All they do is post template messages that they'll look into it, but never actually do.

Case: [protected]

The support tried multiple times to close my case as resolved.

Hi Daniel, did you receive your fund yet? They didn't trade with Mauritius and they closed all my positions on 5 Jan 21. 2 days later I tried to withdraw my money and gave them all my banking details. Everytime, they said my withdrawal is under reviewed. Yet, didn't receive my fund $ 22k. Should we launch a complaint at Crypus Cysec?
