I was let go because I did not charge an add on styling fee of $25 to a child haircut for adding pigtails. I also used a flatiron on a child client while drying a bang trim and hair wash to make the dried bangs lay properly but did not add on a $25 styling fee.
Why is ok to add on a hair design to a male haircut for free, if that does not apply to all haircuts? Is this not discrimination?
