I purchased a tub of Solutions by Great Clips Friday 12/19 from the 1810 Harlem Road, Loves Park, IL 61111 store. This tub was not opened until 12/24 when my old tub was empty. I did not get a receipt and am not signed up as a "haircut customer" since I only buy product from here. When I opened the new tub purchased 12/19 it was all "liquid" and spilled out of the tub. Please note this has happened once before and the store did an even exchange (did not keep receipt for product). I stopped by the same store yesterday and was denied a refund/exchange. 2 ladies insisted that since I did not have the receipt I tried explaining there was only 1 tub of product left in store but no they would have to call another supervisor. Long story short...had to repurchase the last container (which I opened and it was fine).
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for your employees to be trained on customer service. It should have been a simple solution!
