Unfortunately my second visit to Great Clips has left me questioning why I went. The 1st visit was a wonderful experience. The haircut was perfect and I was very satisfied the person doing it had left, Sheri cut it the second time when we agreed on the length, she took less than 3 minutes to chop off my hair, she was more interested in her personal life than cutting my hair properly. Instead of cutting it evenly in layers she literally combed it took scissors and cut it will grow back. Wondering if she was having a bad or lazy day but will not be returning if she is going to do the haircut.

Recommendation: Make sure not to let Sheri cut your hair
