I went in on the morning of 6/23/26 for a haircut. I asked for an inch to be taken off. I also showed a pic on my phone of a long layered bob. The stylist asked if I wanted shoulder length which coincided with the pic on my phone so I agreed. She took off 3 inches. I can see my neck, so she did not go shoulder length. I can't do any updos this summer cuz my hair is less than an inch from my skull. I have screamed and cried the last 2 days because of this insensitive, uncaring stylist's actions.

Claimed loss: $15

Desired outcome: Ideally, I'd like extensions because my hair is so short that I look like a man now. I would like my money refunded and an apology. Why this stylist was so cavalier and uncaring is beyond me.
