Great Clips review: Dissatisfied customer

Visited the Waxahachie, Tx location on 4/14/26. There was only one stylist. Had my hair shampooed. All I wanted was to have one inch taken off the length. My hair is normally above my shoulders. I part my hair on the side and told the stylist I ALWAYS part my hair on the side. After she shampooed my hair she loaded it down with product. She started cutting and had my hair in my face I kept pushing it out of my face and trying to keep the side part. I told her to dry my hair GOOD. She made a lame attempt. She said it’s dry it just feels wet because of the product she put in. I could not make out anything about the haircut till I got home. I tried to dry it and it was greasy. Waste of my money to have her shampoo it. And the side not parted is about two inches shorter on the top layer. It will take months to get my hair all the same length again. What is so hard about a simple 1” trim all the way around. I’ve made a complaint to the company and no response. My recommendation is RUN away from this place. I spent $60 for them to ruin my simple hair cut. I give this place a negative 10 stars.
