I have been trying to get a refund from Gotogate for the past five years after my flight to Japan was canceled on March 21, 2020. Despite Gotogate approving the refund, I am still waiting for the money to be returned.

Their lack of action and communication is incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I have been given the runaround for years. Every time I reach out, there’s either no response or vague promises that lead nowhere.

This experience has been a nightmare, and I would caution anyone against booking with Gotogate. A company that takes this long to resolve a simple refund clearly does not prioritize its customers. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.
