According to AV Stats from In Motion hosting, hits dropped drastically from 236K in June 2014 to 12K in July 2015. A computer guru told me that Google could be ignoring my site because of "unoriginal content." Most of the 800 translated articles are original translations that would not otherwise be available to English-speaking readers. I think Google may also classify my site as “duplicate” since the translated articles first appeared on http://portland.indymedia.org or www.la.indymedia.org.
I am perplexed about the lack of "original content." The articles are mostly original translations that are not available to the English speaking world. I usually include a link to the original German address so readers can pick up a dictionary and do some translating. It seems super-hard to get a book or anthology of translated articles published in English. First, there is a leveling-down so scholarly, technical or abstract work almost disappears. Second, publishers are probably reluctant about paying fees to original writers and translators. In Germany, there is more of a market for 100-200 page books.
Hosting costs for the last six years amount to $624. Money paid to computer gurus who assembled my site together amount to $800. As a manic-depressive person, my mental anguish in watching the site become invisible or classified as unoriginal or duplicate is almost incalculable. Compensation would be very appreciated.
A massive subsidy program for writers is necessary in the US. This should be a no-brainer since qualitative growth must replace quantitative growth. Unlimited growth is impossible on a finite planet. Reducing work hours is the only way to guarantee the right to work and is also a socio-economic investment that offers better long-term health and time sovereignty. Unlike a chair, an idea can be shared by a whole people. Access could replace excess as enough could replace more. As Jim Hightower said, we have too many 15-watt bulbs in 60-watt sockets. Elitists can't seem to accept post-growth, post-fossil and post-autistic economics. Trade agreements benefit foreign investors and not labor and the envi8ronment. For them, the future is only a continuation of the present. In truth, the future should be anticipated and protected in the present (cf. Jurgen Moltmann, "Theology of Hope").

Another incalculable treasure is www.booktv.org that goes back more than 10 years. Enjoy the feast! Corporate types seem to make "free" and "shared" into taboo realities that hardly get a hearing.

I noticed a discrepancy between the number of clicks Google Adwords was reporting for my product and the number of clicks Amazon.com was reporting for that same product for the exact same time period. The product ad on Google Adwords had a unique referral number, linking to Amazon, so that the only clicks reported on Amazon would be those coming from the Google Adwords Ad.

Amazon reported 37 clicks during the period. Google Adwords reported 66, with an average of $.78 per click, for a total charge for the Ad period Jun 16-Sept 14. of $44.56, an estimated $22.62 in overcharges.

I paused the ad accounts. On Sept 15th I called Google Adwords to report the problem. The next day, my Google Adwords account reported completely different figures for the June 16-Sept 14 period. Now an additional $22.19 was added to the figure I owed. I have screenshots of the Google Adwords pages for that show two entirely different reports for the same time period.

I have made several calls to Google and have sent all the screenshots, of Google pages and of Amazon pages, and the customer service agent, Shannon, responded only with, "No everything is working correctly on our end."

I have run Google Ads for years, but I didn't start using unique referral code until a few months ago. Now I feel that I very well may have been overcharged all this time.

The charges never authorized of $9.99 for music since June 2015(3 charges). If you cannot undo the previous charges I demand a stop on new charges.The very sparingly use of music in June did not carry an agreement to charge any money from my account.

I have contacted the maker of the game and they said they would look into the problem. It's. Been locking up every time its suppose to spin. Right now it has 16 to 20 spins on it.the handle comes down drops away and then nothing. It will not spin or move. And then I can't play again until the coins build back up, and it will get off the spin part.. I realize this is a trivial thing. But to us little people out here playing it is or can be very annoying. Would you please look into this for me.

On September 7th 2015 at 1100 am my debit card ending in 4352 was unauthorized use total amount charged was 21.34 I need that money reimbursement to my account as soon as possible I have no idea who used my card and need it back in my account

I transferred money from my bank account into Google Wallet and it transferred immediately. I thought it was great. The next transfer I did, my money is in limbo - for 10 days while they "review" the transaction - which has already cleared my bank - and there is no reason to hold. The enthusiastic Google people are "super Happy" and very Excited and enthusiastic about telling you that they have no control over the fact that they hold your money - it is the big bad banking system that is responsible for holding the money - even though it has cleared the banking system.

Translation is like visiting another country. Knowledge and intercultural learning should be encouraged, not censored or quashed.

Had 10k over a six month period in my wallet account. Was never advised if you pay for anything with the funds in the wallet account and they are not delivered Google/Google Wallet would not get your funds back from the scammer. Paid for services in the turn of $8500 with my wallet funds when services were not delivered I was informed by Google/Google Wallet "Go to your financial institution and do a charge-back for a refund. If funds were in your wallet there is nothing we can do for you - sorry." Where is that right? "So basically, when funds came into my wallet account I was told that should have transferred money to my bank account then paid with my credit card. That is the only way you would receive a refund."

Google is now telling me where i can and cannot use my google wallet debit mastercard at.
I went to use my google wallet card to pay for something thru paypal, my purchase was declined was declined by google wallet even when i had more than enough money to pay for the transaction. Then i contacted google wallet and informed by there customer service agent that transactions thru paypal using google wallet debit mastercard would not be approved by google wallet!
well i got news for google and google wallet they are going to be losing me as a customer, i am even going to switch over to the iphone so i wont ever have to use anything with google's name on it ever again!
google just stepped over the line by telling me where i can and cannot spend my money at! your not god yet google!

Im filing a complaint regarding in app purchases being charged on my credit card. I get notifications for purchases of 4.99 & 1.99 all the time. I have tried contacting the GOOGLE PLAY company, and I get no refunds. I need this to stop im being ripped off, and I work hard for my money! Please help!

My ex girlfriend who lives in Nebraska has gained access to my Google account more than once and went on YouTube and listened to stupid jpop music videos among other things and and google searched some things I would never research, seemingly just to mess with my advert settings, so six months later I still get adverts for things such as obscure dating websites and diet pills and sometimes jpop is still recommended to me on my youtube homepage. It is a bit bothersome. I changed my Google password, but that didn't change my search history and I just wish there was some way to be able to tell google I didn't look those specific searches up.

In order to check my website placement, I entered the term "bankruptcy attorneys in Cincinnati". Those I knew in the profession are listed. however, as I scrolled down, they were repeatedly listed. The repeat listings went on for 3-4 pages! My purpose is to check my own webpage ranking & my webpage is not getting viewed because of these repeated listings of the same legal service providers. This seems to expose a problem in the search engine process. I have no problem with someone spending the resources to improve ranking; however, to be fair, google ought to limit the repetition of the firms beyond their well-earned initial placement. I'm sure this is true in other product categories.

I tried to please my grand children and agreed to buy each of them a game from the google playstore. The name of the game Toca Boca Builders at the cost of R30.00 I bought the game which was downloaded and then suddenly amounts from 109.99 and R219.99 X 4 and even a large amount of R1099.99 are being debited to my card account . Only two amounts of R30 each were supposed to go off from my account. Why do the take so many different amounts? I have stopped my card account and reported it to the fraud department of the bank and I requested them not to pay any othe amount than the 2 X R30 amounts.

An amount of $432 was debited from my account in the name of Google wallet. Except Gmail, I never opened an account in Google Wallet. I do not have any idea how this transaction was initiated. I immediately called my bank as the transaction was showing in pending column to cancel it and report it as suspicious activity on 06/10/2015. I was told by the Banker that this transaction was made on 06/09/2015 at 3:31 PM. I explained the Banker that I did not make this transaction and claimed the amount bank. The banker canceled the card and placed a request for a new card. Request Googlet Wallet to take extra measures for protecting the security of its users and non user base. It is very annoyinh how Google pulls information just with the E-mail account details. Quite sucpiciously today Gmail made me to change my password reporting suspicious activity. I also attached the picture of my bank account statement with Goolet wallet $432 transaction in pending column as proof. Request people to come forward to voice such incidents and take extreme care in sharing information.

I was on this website called How to Think Sideways with my account and now I can't log on anymore, I need the name of the website owner, her name is Holly Lisle and she has decided to take me off her website, I guess she doesn't like me anymore, so I want her website to be shut down, due to discrimination.

I have email from google and am always having a hacker problem without resolving--and the apps that is recovering info I don not need a repeat in losing data work and track of online courses..

more over all of a sudden now it is stick to my new computer! at facebook account can not erase!

Google has been adding ads to my inbox and I cannot figure out how to get rid of them. Every time I check the "Promotions" tab, two more ads have been added, so I'm continually having to delete them. Google needs to give gmail users a fix to prevent these ads from being added to our inboxes. I get enough ads of my own without Google adding more.

I am upset and sad to find out that GOOGLE EARTH shared my photo without my consent for over 6 years, Violated my personal life.
I found out from this from a IT friend of mine in Paris called me up and told me, That there was a picture of me in-front of house so long on Google earth.
Even friends and family in England have seen it, And saved the screen shot I personally hate that picture of me.
Realized why I couldn't have any privacy all those years, Always thought cause my house is a corner house people were always able spot me or track me down.
I left my house for two year because of it, I have been in and out.
I got followers and I like a private life, Which Google earth did not respect from 2008 till 2013 or 2012
Point is I always like Google and trusted them now I am thinking over about it.
Respect for Respect is a word should be spread..

On February 10, 2015 an email was sent asking for account verification on my Google wallet account. I did not see this email because I never use my Gmail. My Gmail was set up only because it was necessary for the Google account. I primarily use yahoo. On February 20, 2015 I tried to make a purchase on an app called covet fashion. I have been using this app for about two months and I have made prior purchases. When I tried to make a purchase I received an error message stating “we were unable to verify your account information. Please visit wallet.google.com/manage in order to resolve this issue. [BM-CCH-19]”. I followed the link and it brought me to an account verification page. I verified the last four of my social security number and provided a copy of my driver’s license and debit card. I received an email thanking me for the verification and that it would be about 24 hours to reactivate my account. A few hours later I received an email from [protected]@google stating that my account will remain closed due to violations of the Google wallet terms of service. I called the customer service number [protected]) to find out why my account was closed. Gail, the customer service rep said she would contact the Google wallet representative while I waited on hold. She provided no information except that she could not get anyone to give her information on the terms of service I supposedly violated. She recommended I email them for an answer and said she was sorry for not having an answer for me. Out of frustration a few hours later I decided to call customer service again. This time Alex answered. At first she said she had no way to contact the representative who makes the verification decisions. When I kept complaining she contradicted herself and said to wait and she would call them. She came up with the same response as Gail. She suggested I email them because of a violation to the terms of service. She also recommended replacing my Gmail with a new one. I did this reluctantly because I knew I would lose all the app progress I made. I again entered in my debit information for app purchases and again it asked for verification. I followed the steps for verification and I again received an email stating my account will remain closed. My biggest issue is that my account should have been verified and approved or verified and denied before I was allowed to make purchases. I have used this account for around $300 in purchases and it never should have been approved to only later be closed for a reason I still do not know. Google wallet owes its customers better explanations as to why their accounts are closed. There are multiple complaint boards with customers who have had the same issue with Google wallet without resolution.
