My business closed in October 2024. My url has been inactive and for sale since. I just got a bill for over $200 for a year of hosting - it's closed! I can't get past AI assistant to talk to customer service. Chat agent won't help because I don't have my pw, it changed even tho I entered the access code via email and I gave my acct #. I can't reset my pw because when I click on the link in email to enter the new code sent, the email link says expired. I'm SO angry! Their customer service now gets an F--
