I recently came across DomainRacer for my web hosting needs. However, I was disappointed to find out that they did not provide a GST invoice for their services in India. When I inquired about this, their responses were not satisfactory and they seemed to be hiding behind illegal reasons.
To add fuel to the fire, when I further pressed for clarification, they responded in an arrogant and unprofessional manner. One particular response that struck me was when they said "Just tell your accountant to do what we say". This is not only an unprofessional response, but it also does not address my concern as a customer.
As a business operating in India, it is important for them to follow local legal requirements, including issuing a GST invoice. If they are not able to provide such an invoice, they should be transparent about the reasons why, rather than hiding behind flimsy excuses.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with DomainRacer. The lack of transparency and unprofessional responses from their customer service team left a bad taste in my mouth. As a potential customer, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable and trustworthy web hosting service.
