Scammers
This Company, Plushy Host, makes up its rules to scam people. Customers say the same thing everywhere I look about this company, outside Airbnb. They don't allow refunds under any circumstances.
They created their rules. They only give a partial refund if you cancel 30 days before your check-in date, but they accept bookings anytime, so they are making rules to scam people.
I mistakenly booked with them for one hour and canceled, and they are not giving me my money back. They are not even open to negotiating with me, and they rent the same place the next day.
How is Airbnb allowing such horrible companies like that to host on Airbnb, create their own rules, and not regulate it?
I need to get my money back. I lost a job for $12000, and I am down $2600, and Airbnb says they can't do anything.
Hampton bays house rental
*** RENTERS BEWARE; if a listing comes from PlussyHOST it should AVOIDED at all costs!
As a Mgt Company for rental properties, PLUSSYHOST and, its staff are terrible at what they do.
Our listing in Hampton Bays was in a house that was INHABITABLE;
there was construction garbage and overflowing canned garbage and broken jars in the driveway. THE A/C, freezer and keypad were not functional / broken., No coffee maker, no extra toilet paper, loose rocks / stones on the roof, a broken patio step and more.
The Plussy staff were TOTALLY unsympathetic and completely UNHELPFUL / LAME in their efforts to resolve these conspicuous issues.
Even threatened us with 'TRESPASSING' after they were informed by Air BNB that a refund was issued and, we were in the process of packing-up to re-locate.
And, only after MULTIPLE conversations with AirBNB was a Full REFUND delivered and an alternative House offered selected. Unfortunately, my dealing with Air BNB were far from convivial. Many hours were spent dealing with various staff people, who all needed the circumstances re-explained because, the previous Staff Ambassador FAILED to keep their word and get-back-to-me. It was EXHAUSTING!. They behave like AI robots and are Full-of-Sh..t in terms of maintaining their commitment to 100% satisfaction.
Again, the Mgt at Plussyhost, a company that deals exclusively with Vacation rentals DOES NOT do as they claim in their mission statement. They should be DROPPED from AIR BNB.

The stay was great!
The stay was great! The response was always fast. It looked exactly like the picture.
We stayed at one of the properties in Orlando, Florida last month and we had a great experience. Everything was clean and comfortable and in a great location, close to almost everything. A great place for a family with kids as well, my son loved it! What I liked the most was how attentive they were to our needs. Very easy to communicate with and would respond almost immediately when I would message them. I definitely look forward to booking our next vacation stay with Plushy Hosts.

PlushyHost sounded like a dream come true. Someone managing all the cleaning and reservations of guest? Yes please! However, working with them was a struggle. I never knew when I was going to be paid, when I was paid, the payouts were just dumped into my account. I had to repeatedly beg for payment breakdowns so I could understand where all the money was going. I had a 3000.00 reservation and only received 1800. I had a guest break my front door, I reached out to them to see how to fix it and they ignored my messages and did nothing to solve the problem. I told them to make sure all guests were aware that I lived on property and repeatedly had issues with people having no idea why I was on site. The CEO, Matt Lockin, was incredibly rude and difficult to work with. They have even refused to send me my tax info.
I stayed at an apartment that was managed by plushyhost for a month and they have been a tremendous help. The communication was great and all my needs were alwasy taken cared of. If I have my own rental business, I would definitely have them manage it! Thank you Plushyhost for making my stay worthwhile!

We recently stayed at one of their properties. We had the best experience! We communicated with the host and had quick and fast response. The property was a great location and very clean. We would definitely stay with them again! We highly recommend this business
We have had Plushy Host manage our vacation rental for awhile now. Best decision we have made and takes all the stress away from renting out our home! From the set up, creating listings, marketing your vacation rental, to communicating with guests and making sure their clients are happy, Plushy Host is the company to hire! They make everything so easy. Especially with the on boarding, all you have to do is buy the lock and they set up installations, hire housekeeper and coordinate photos for your listing. Once live, they are on top of guest communication, guest needs, making sure your property is always guest ready and more! What I like the most is that you have a designated homeowner rep who helps you along the way with any questions and/or concerns you have. They really care about us as clients, even though guests are top priority always, they make us feel well taken care of. Thank you Plushy Host, for helping us make our rentals into great investments!

They take absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISMANAGEMENT OF PROPERTIES! They are thief's! They are liars and take terrible care of properties. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM OR USE THEM AS HOSTS!
