They autorenewed a product I nop longer needed. I have "do not Auto Renew set on the site but evidently that really doesn't matter.

I was charged $239.76 for Discounjt Domain club and this inturn runied a Electric transfer I had made to another company that was very important.

I tied to contact GoDaddy to get it resolved and just get the run around from their automated systems. I tied staying on the line for a person and gave up aafter an hour.

This used to be a good company to deal with but it really turned to crap.

Claimed loss: $239.76

Desired outcome: Get a refund for $239.76
