Giant Food / Giant of Maryland review: Quality of products and atmosphere of the store

The Giant, located at 8074 Rolling Road, Springfield, VA, is abysmal compared to other Giant stores in the surrounding area. The store is always dirty, there is no fresh seafood department, shelves are never fully stocked, and the registers constantly have a line.
Whereas the Giant, located at 8320 Old Keene Mill Road, Springfield, VA, is clean, has fully stocked shelves, has a counter to serve fresh seafood, bakery, meat, and deli foods, the customer service is fabulous and the clients working in the store are friendly and responsive.
I do not understand how two stores less than 3 miles apart have such a disparity in quality.

Desired outcome: I would like to see the store at 8074 Rolling Road live up to the same expectations as that on 8320 Old Keen Mill Road. There should be no difference in quality and experience.
