2 male workers on March 5th at get go in cranberry twp on rt 228 are the rudest people i've ever seen and need to be retrained or fired because one of them even said he was the manager after I told the clerk I was gonna call and file a complaint with management and he said very rudely that he was the manager.
This guy should t be in charge of anything and is so rude. They sit there and watch the door like they r the mask police and yelled at me very rudely when all I did was really just forgot about it.
They don't need to be so rude to people, he shouldn't be working in any customer service with this attitude and they really need to restrain these people on how to speak to paying customers.
I have been going to giant eagle all my life and never will go in one again, who do these people think they are talking to me in the time he did and when I asked him not to talk to people that way and called him out on how rude he was, he then said I wasn't allowed in the store and to leave.
All because he didn't like what I had to say about how rude he was to me and a different customer came in the door.
I couldn't believe they hired a manager with that type of customer management.
I am half Asian and I don't appreciate these white privileged people talking down to me, the way he did, and giant eagle needs to re train their employees on how to treat people, especially the people they call managers.
I will never shop at any giant eagle ever again
