Getaroom review: Would never use this business again

I specifically requested tower rooms not pyramid rooms in the Luxor Hotel and the staff assured me that was the case. The hotel said we had not booked those and put my CEO and her team in pyramid rooms. For all four bookings there was an additional fee of $15 usd a day for the correct rooms.

The hotel could not find the bookings and my travel weary colleagues had to wait for ages and fight over getting the right rooms. Completely dissappointing. They could not make requests directly with the hotel too. Avoid at all costs.
