Don't book with them
This company brought me nothing but a headache.
I booked my flight three months ahead just in case. Without notifying me they changed the dates and charged me the difference. I learned it 2 days ago checking my bank account.
I asked them to correct the dates because I didn't need those they offered and I wanted to exchange my tickets for the right ones. However, instead of doing so they asked me to pay more for exchange. I don't understand why would I do this? It wasn't my fault, I didn't change the dates and I still had to pay?
I canceled my tickets, paid the fee and booked with a different company.
