Dr. Mininno is my PCP and I needed a new Nebulizer, so I found one I thought was the kind I liked, so the Dr put a request in to Apria Health Care and ordered the Nebulizer. When it got to my residence, it did not work as I thought it would. So I called Geisinger Insurance and they called Apria to tell them I wasn t satisfied with this machine and wanted to send it back and I ll buy my own. They said, Apria, that if I used the machine one time I can t return it, so I said I m sending it back or I m getting rid of it. I have this nebulizer boxed away and just got off the phone with Geisinger Insurance and they refuse to except it back and is still charging Geisinger and me, I will not be forced into paying for something I can t use, If I have to, I will contact an Attorney. This is not Geisingers fault, but I m not authorizing any payments and I ll contact Medi-care if these payments continue. Thank You, David G Matthews

Desired outcome: I would like to return this Nebulizer to Apria and stop these payments, I will not pay 2.32 and Geisinger should not pay 9.30 as well.
