I made an appointment with the doctor and gave them my name, birthdate, and insurance info. The office people didn't tell me that the doctor doesn't take my insurance. I found out later, after traveling a long way, that I couldn't be seen. The office staff needs better training.

My mom is sick with multiple medical problems. She went to Atrium Health Navicent for a mental evaluation because she was having a mental health crisis on Saturday, 11/20. Atrium has all her medical records, including information about her mental health issues, which they have treated before. She was at the hospital for about 2-3 hours, and then the doctor let her leave on her own. Keep in mind, she came to the hospital in just a nightgown, without underwear, socks, or shoes, and had no way to get home. They let her go in the evening when it was getting colder, even though she was in bad shape and not dressed properly. She didn't have a purse, money, or keys to get into her apartment. I am really upset with the doctor and nurse for not taking care of her properly. When the ambulance picked her up, they told me I couldn't go with her for the evaluation, and that someone would call me to update me on her situation. Even though they should have had my contact information, I gave it to the paramedic and watched him enter it into the system so they could call me. But no one called. When I talked to the nurse, they said I could have called or come to talk to them about my mom's situation. But they didn't tell me that when she was taken to the hospital. And they still didn't call me. I think it's really bad that something like this happened, especially at a place like Atrium where the doctors and nurses are supposed to take care of people and do their best to help them. If I could give this review less than 1 star, I would.

I'm trying to get this problem fixed 'cause I already paid the whole bill, but I didn't get any letter about it. I talked to a rep and she said it'll take a few months to get it off my credit report. I want it gone 'cause I'm about to close on my first home and it's causing me a lot of trouble. I paid it on 5/03 and it was $441.28 in total.

The name of the business is Central Georgia Emergency Group, LLC. They work in the ER at Navicent Health. The department that handles billing and collections is in Belfast, ME. I accidentally sent two payments to Central GA Emer Group, one in November and another in April , totaling $219.00. I emailed proof of payment on May 22. I have called the company 7 times asking for a refund. Every time I call, they say that the payments haven't been applied to an account and they have sent the issue to payment tracing. I have been calling them for 10 months now and still haven't received a resolution or a refund. My account number is ***.

I was lookin' at my credit report and noticed a report from Medical Data Systems. I called 'em up and they told me I had a bill from 2016 for $89.00 and another one from 2019 for $118.00, both medical bills. I had no clue 'bout these bills. I reached out to The Medical Center - Navicent Health and they told me it was a bill I owed for a procedure I had after my insurance had paid. I had no idea 'bout this debt and I never got a bill from 'em or any collection agency. Navicent health never told me 'bout this, even though I've had several other bills from 'em for procedures I've had. They never mentioned I had an outstanding bill, and it wasn't on my credit until April and May this year. I'm real upset 'bout this 'cause it's hurtin' my credit score, and why didn't they tell me sooner? Seems like they messed up and instead of lettin' me know, they sent it to this collection agency and messed up my credit. I want it removed from my credit report.
