Geisinger Health System review: Libby receptionist

I arrived on time for an US appointment at gwv.
At the lobby I went to the receptionist desk.it was empty 15 minutes later ,a black person nicely dressed came in and ask what I need.
I ask him where is the radiology is.he said “around the corner”
I told him i can’t walk and ask how far?
He said just around the corner.
I was going to ask for a wheelchair but he seems not to care
So I walk from Libby reception to radiology stoping twice so I can rest.
The us was done and the us teck( her name is “lady”) got me a wheelchair and brought me back to the lobby.
Now that’s real nice
Not like that black guy in the reception desk that did not seem to care
