Good afternoon. Just another update. I went to my primary doctor with questions regarding an x-ray they took yesterday 8/21- nobody got angry, nobody yelled there was no profanity. I got out of there with a smile same as the employees but 10 minutes later I receive a phone call saying that' i'm not allowed to go back there. As of today 8/22 I do not have a primary care doctor. I don't want nothing related to doctors. It's not the first time that I do the right thing and still they call the cops on me. I don't understand where they're trying to go with this. They refused to refill my medication two days ago - seems like I should find me a dealer on the streets, what they were given, wasn't working anyways. Thanks

Desired outcome: a written formal apology, and since now i have to travel eleven miles to the next medical facility while not able to drive i want monetary compensation because i wasn't expecting such expense.
