Geisinger Health System review: Terrible customer service.

I have been seeing the same psychiatrist via tele-health for years because it is very difficult for me to leave the house due to Agoraphobia. The office is 30 minutes from my house, making things worse. I was notified by mail today, 7/7/2025 that this was being discontinued on August 1, 2025. This really leaves me in the ditch. I called and was told that the employees were just notified this morning of the change. I had to make three separate phone calls to three different numbers just to get someone who knew of the issue. She said that there will not be any exceptions for any reason, although she was pleased to tell me that they will be offering tele-urgent care! So, I guess unless i get COVID or break my leg I am screwed. They also constantly deny certain medications that my doctors feel would be more beneficial to me. In short, Geisinger cares about making money and to hell with their patients.
