didn't delivery my parcel
Hi GDEX, I suppose to received my parcel (tracking number [protected]) on yesterday (14/11/19), but I didn't received anything on yesterday. I received a sms say that ' Dear Customer, GD EXPRESS rider will be delivering your shipment (CN:CNMYG0019572448)
TODAY. ' I'm waiting my parcel yesterday until now but at last didn't send to my house. This is NOT the first time, already more than 3 time Gdex didn't send my parcel to my house, and I need to collect on myself at Dato Keramat branch. Today I call Gdex Dato Keramat branch at (10:30am) for more than 6 time staff pick up my call and end my call like that, no even a hello just end the call. After that I try to call bayan lepas branch, I call second time they answer my call, she told me my parcel still at Dato Keramat branch yesterday can't find my house so unable to send to my house, the problem is if the staff can't find my house they can call the number is there, WHY the staff didn't call?
The same thing happened on last few months as well.
Didn't send to my house and when I call the staff was very rude ask me to collect on myself. So, what is the point I pay for the delivery?
GDEX IS THE BAD SERVICE IN MALAYSIA!
1. Staff very rude
2. Didn't delivery parcel to my house.
3. Staff pick up call and end my call straight.

Good day. I had purchased one item online. It will delivered by gdex. I couldn't attend the call from the delivery guy due to some personal issues. I called back to the customer service to rearrange the delivery process. But the Malay lady who attended my call was very rude to me. She was literally scolding me for not attending the delivery man's call. She was complaining that they are having a lot of other things to deliver, not only my stuff.
How could she talked to me like that? I understand this company is a big delivering company with many things to deliver. Does that mean the customers can be taken for granted? Shouldn't the customer have a busy personal life. I could purchased at shop by myself if I have a the time that I need. I wouldn't depend on the delivering company to deliver my purchases.
The company is losing its well name because of this kind of stuffs. Please take action towards this kond of irresponsible stuffs.

My parcel is send from China to Malaysia, 9/11/2019 already picked up by PJ branch from airport. When I track from website (13/9/2019), their route is PJ-PUCHONG-PJ-SERDANG. I called to HQ at around 10 and the representative said she will check for me and call me back. I wait until 2pm+ still no anyone cal me, so I call again to HQ to ask where is my parcel so I can collect by myself because I need the parcel urgently, HQ person ask me to call Serdang and Serdang ask me to call Puchong, lastly Puchong ask me to call back HQ. And the very important thing is the HQ customer service representative seems want to cut off my line ASAP, she said "anything else, thank you bye bye".
I just want to know where my parcel is, I just want to collect it at the branch!

I bought item through lazada and the shop arranged GDex courier to my home at sg siput. The item received at 25 oct at ipoh and until 30th oct i haven't received the item. And 31 oct i received message from Gdex to collect it at ipoh which far from my house. If Gdex can't deliver item to sungai siput (u), then why you guys accepting order. This is not the first time for me, already i faced few times. No one attending my call and i tried call few times to Gdex Ipoh. I not face any problem with other courier service. Others can deliver to sg siput without any problem. Really very disappointed with Gdex service. If you cant deliver to address mentioned in your order, then dont take the order to avoid customer facing this kind of issue.

This is not my 1st time got worst service from Gdex, especially IPOH branch. Here i list out overall my problem after used this courier service about 4 times:
1. 1st item by from Lazada. Check tracking number, already at Ipoh branch. Then, after 2-3 days of waiting, call they said items missing. Unfortunately, seller able to refund my item. Lost at where? i dont no..
2. I order item from GoShop. 2 times order item from there, both were very slow update. 1st item, when i call Gdex Ipoh branch, they didn't pick up the call. Call many times, no one pickup. Suddenly, i try again they got answer and said my item in progress to sent (it takes about 3 days only be process at Ipoh branch?! super slow progress!). For 2nd item that i order from GoShop, still not yet reply and no answer at all about the item status till now.
3. 1 item that i success received from Gdex, but i need to go pick the item there because of they miss communicate the dispatch area.
This kind of attitude, really makes me disappointed. Is there any improvement to make this correct? I really dont want used this courier, but since the seller used it, we dont really have any other choice.

I've purchased a product from China, supplier name : Wenzhou AIE Technology Co. Ltd. It has been shipped since 17 Oct and arrived at Aramex on 20 Oct. I did not receive any calls from the delivery team and they claimed that they have called me. I have called twice to check this delivery but still no one called me. It was recorded in the system that there is attempted delivery but failed to contact receiver but in fact my phone have no records of any caller from GDex regarding this delivery.

Good day. I would like to complaint about the service of Gdex in Kuala Terengganu. The receptionist respond to a customer is very irresponsible. As I called and inform them that I will collect my parcel at Gdex office they replied yes you can then once I went to Gdex office which in Kuala Terengganu they with irresponsibly answered me the parcel was send to your place. I replied I already called you and inform that don't send my parcel to place I will collect it at your office. Then I asked who was on duty when I called they replied that we six of us and we don't know who answered the call. Then I told them I am going to complain to headquater and they said anything your wish. It is very irresponsible reply and service of the receptionist of Gdex in Kuala Terengganu. Even the reviews and comments in Google for Gdex Kuala Terengganu is very bad. The receptionist in Gdex Kuala Terengganu should improve their service, learn how to answer to customer and stay on duty.
slow delivery
Delivery became very slow since you changed the delivery service to other company in sri aman sarawak. They even called me to pick up my items myself, told them deliver my item for me and they refused and said they have too much items here and cant help me deliver to me early. since my item already at local and they still havent deliver to me. The old delivery are better lah, fast delivery even when she have alot of items need deliver

We have many courier services but unfortunately I can't choose but to use Gdex as they're appointed courier services for Zalora Malaysia. Parcel undelivered due to out of skirt since 16th October. On 17th & 18th they do nothing to deliver and the attempt to deliver on 19th which I was out for my personal matters. And they used to reattempt to deliver on Monday or Tuesday which they still haven't sent. So frustrating it took almost a week with unsuccessful delivery while other courier services company usually took only 3 days or at least 5 days for the worst case scenario.

It is stated in your honour that I am a PhD student in UTM, Johor Bahru Malaysia. I have ordered an item from Lazada to send it to another country for my parents and a person was going. Unfortunately the delivery service for that shop was GDEX. The item arrived at Skudai office GDEX on 16 Oct but not yet received. I even call through enquiry number several times and also to the office of GDEX Skudai but no benefit.
The much dissappointed thing is that, they said that they called but I did not receive, by oath I can say that i did not receive any miss call nor any message from any body or any one came on my address otherwise I would must call back if not received. How is it possible that from 16 Oct they try to call and i not recieved even I have miss call message service if did not came call to me through network problem then receive message from network that this number miss called me and i call back must. I received every person call 24 hours all the time then how is it possible that the item for which i am waiting from so many days and wasted my time alot can not pick.
Now, I asked them that i would personally come to skudai office. I was also going today to the office but on phone they said we do not have in office the item and also no body came again today nor call or mesage same as from several days.
If the company is unable to provide quality service then why you are running and should close it. Very dissappointed and requesting you to take strick action otherwise i would ask all my university and family friends to bycott against GDEX.

WOW..already at Kota Kinabalu, but until now, still not out of delivery.. Over 1week already..my item was not from other state.. Within Sabah kot.. Curier lain ambil masa 3 Hari jak dah sampai, GDEX ambil masa berminggu.. Service paling teruk pernah saya PAKAI..
10hb -14hb je ada rekod, sekarang dah 17hb Kot ..
Tak de alasan PKPD, sebab tempat saya tak PKPD pun.. Orang nak mati baru sampai Vit c tu KE?

Delivery person refused to come to my premises coz not in his Route today.
I called them 5 times they just hung up the line.
They called me back too, but again let me wait 10 min on the Line and than hung up again.
I called back ask to speak to the manger, 10 min waiting on the Line, than they just hung up again.
Gdex is the worst Service i ever encountered.

Refereeing to tracking number MY30010475955 to Lahad Datu Sabah. Shipment delivered on 11.10.2019 and received on 15.10.2019.
Complain issued on:
1) Packaging (box)
Damaged on all 74 boxes of products. Boxes opened and dented. Boxes are upside down when loading.
2) Products damaged
Total 3 kg of our product damaged, unaccepted quality. Bottle opened and product been exposed.
We already put sign of (Up, Do not wet and fragile) on each boxes.
We deliver directly to GDex Jerantut branch. Recorded conversation with Nurul Husna from GDex Jerantut Branch that all boxes in good condition when received at Jerantut Branch. This shipment also noticed by Kuantan Regional Sale Department Staff, Irene Ngoh.
Demand:
1) Replacement of damaged boxes as packaging
2) Coverage on damaged products
3) Shipment process for product replacement from Jerantut to Sabah

This is my SECOND TIME getting a truck horn loudly front of my house for 10 times! Is this GDex working procedure? To horn loudly at houses before making a call?!
This staff named "Akmal", who is a malay staff from GDex branch Taiping, when I ask him not to horn loudly next time, he answer me saying "I HORN OVER EVERY HOUSES AND THEY NEVER COMPLAINT! THIS IS WHAT WE USUALLY DO!" I asked him to call next time before horn, he ROB over the box and THREATEN me saying "YOU DON'T WANT THIS RIGHT?! THEN YOU GO TO THE OFFICE AND GET IT YOURSELF!"
Is this GDex attitude?! Do not accept any suggestion and complaint, and THREATEN your customer?! This is the second time I am making a complaint, last time is the same situation, obviously GDex is not making any changes or action towards their attitude and behavior!
And when I call to branch Taiping to complaint about this staff, the officer told me "WE NORMALLY HORN IF YOU ARE A HOUSE". Did you GDex ever think of your customer situation?! What if your customer has baby or elder at home? What if your customer is working as a phone specialist who has to take calls at home, and when they got disturb in the call, they got DEDUCT of salary because of your service?!
If GDex is going to pay me back the salary got deducted then thats fine! Please send me the money I got lost because of your service! Please give me an explanation and the action you made to the biadap staff! Thank you!
Ok, yesterday I just submit a complaint about their staff bad attitude&behavior which throw my boxes into the empty truck and threaten me after I asked him not to horn loudly front of my house. There was someone called me and promise that she will make sure today there will be someone calling me before they send the thing, and they won't horn.
And today, the most ridiculous thing happens. THEY STILL HORN WITHOUT CALLING FIRST. On the paper they put in my box, written "call no answer". At the beginning I thought as if my brother is overseas mayb he didn't enable roaming, so that's fine although yesterday I did provide my own number to GDex and ask them to call my number when they deliver the box.
I was not able to pick up the box as they didn't call me, so I call CS, CS told me that the staff said he did called. HOWEVER, I just reconfirm with my brother about this, you know what, he has enable roaming all the times, and he screenshot his phone call record saying he DIDN'T get any call from GDex. AHA, nice bohong yea GDex? Is GDex not providing their staff credit to make phone calls to customer? So that your staff has to be so rude and HORN again front of customer house? What about the promise you company just made yesterday? Wow GDex, such a GOOD GOOD lie! So your company way of solving problem is just lie to your customer just to reassure and let your staff do the same thing again?
As you are not listening to any complaint, and you are not going to do anything about your stuff attitude, you never try to reach out and see how your staff attitude to the customer, and you never teach your staff to follow the policy which is to call before horn, I seriously won't use GDex service again, and I will encourage all people I know not to use GDex in the future. There are a lot more courier service such as Fedex DHL outside, don't be too sombong and think that you can continue the business in this way. You company should learn how to teach your staff to behavior before you run a business.
Slow service
My parcel from Gdex PJ (HQ) to sabah Gdex-Self collect (Tracking Number: MY10002071408). Shipping date is 03/10/2019. However no one contact to me when my receiver didn't got the stuff till today 09/10/2019, i'm calling them yesterday (08/10/2019) and told lot of excuse, this and that!. GD Express Sdn Bhd what happen here to take your company sooooo long to deliver this parcel...

The parcel are went missing since Jun 2019, Gdex Klang unable to locate the parcel. And i (sender) have not receive any call or notification from GDEX about this issue until my client told me, because my client doesn't receive this parcel.
I've contacted GDEX Klang and they only send a picture of an empty box and content is missing from their inventory. Please refer the photo.
Please refund the exact same item to me (Google Chromecast UK SPEC 2 unit, price is RM 460) and the courier charges as well. Or refund in cash term.

Poor & slow service . Track my parcel, listed " undelivered due to Hold for reattempt date on 24 Sep, Until now 26 Sep don't have any update, 25 Sep call to Careline and told them I would collect myself at warehouse, they said will prepare for me, but today when I reached warehouse, the staff there said my parcel is not there . Then where my parcel go? He call the deliver man to make sure the parcel is in the Lorry but the deliver man said don't have . It's very sucks and I have wait for my parcel very long time!The parcel is very urgent to me .
