Hello I recently bought a razergold card as a gift for a friend of mine at this address 19201 BEAR VALLEY RD

Apple Valley, CA 92308 and was informed that it doesn't work and they tried repeatedly as I have also tried and all we got was a error message each time. Then was told it was redeemed the next day which it wasntI've been trying to get ahold of someone since I purchased it which was February 6th 2023. Please get back to me soon!
