I have been a seller on G2G since 2022. My seller level was 105, and I had a rare ranking with a strong sales history. My store name was BuntyJee ([protected]), and I had more than $1400+ available in my G2G wallet.
My account was suddenly suspended due to an alleged high dispute rate. I respectfully disagree with this decision. I always tried to complete my orders professionally and communicate properly with buyers. Any disputes that occurred were handled responsibly from my side.
I have contacted support multiple times and requested a fair review of my case. I also requested that I be given another chance, but unfortunately, my account remains suspended and I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
This suspension has caused me financial loss, and my wallet funds are currently locked. I kindly request G2G management to review my case again, reinstate my account, and restore access to my wallet balance.
I am still willing to cooperate and comply with any required policies. I hope G2G will take this complaint seriously and resolve the matter fairly.
