I sold an account on www.g2g.com website and was scammed. I never received the payment and no matter now many time I've tried to contact the customer he did not reply. Then I emailed G2G support service and asked for help. They said they'll get my money and account back, but they did absolutely nothing. I heard nothing but empty promises and each time I contacted them they said they were working on it. I'm very disappointed with G2G.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I've sold a game currency at October 16th. (In my information the money release is 3+1 day for my account, so October 20th is the payment date). Its almost October 22th and my money still on floating...
Also I cant connect with their customer support, i wrote 2 times zero answers yet.

They are holding my money unnecessarily because the buyer opened a dispute even though I did the account transfers completely. support responds with ready-made texts. you deal with different people every time. hopefully soon you will have a competitor in the name of a good digital marketplace. maybe then you will start doing things right.

I placed an order for some currency on the 23rd, and typically, it takes only a few hours or a day for them to send it. However, it has now been 5 days, and I have yet to receive anything. To make matters worse, the seller keeps canceling my withdrawal requests, and despite sending numerous emails, they have not resolved the issue.
If you dont allow us to withdraw the money we earn why do you allow us to sell? to scam our money? that's against the law sir

Hi my order shows as completed and refunded as I requested. However I have not recieved any store credit refunds. I submitted a ticket with Ticket ID: 1980205 and it says it is being processed. Please can you issue refund. I've stucked on this for almost two weeks now.
So a buyer tells me that i scammed him ,but i have the proof that he changed the email account to his , then from there he couldve just "stole" the account from himself.

trying to verify account but gets spammed by a auto bot message that says investigation completed no appeal will be accepted over 10 times in a row despite it being correct with no further progress in the verification

Customer scammed to me, after delivery he request a cancellation, I have received the email which says after 25 minutes will be cancelled but I was sleeping at that time... and I see when I wake up, now what happen?
I sold an overwatch account by accident on the site i didnt mean to put it on listing but i did and a guy bought the account he couldnt log in to the game account so he changed my google account password and basically scammed me and g2g did NOTHING about it
