I bought 10 skin cases for 11$ on the 6 februrary 2026 on 5 pm and he only send me 9 skin cases and he said ill need to wait for the other one so I did and now it is the 22 februrary 2026 on 7pm and I still didnt got the 1 skin case I know its just a littel bit like 1 $ but still want it and he was last seen 14 days and I have enouph and the order series number is (1770395057014qdim-1)

Claimed loss: 1 skin case

Desired outcome: that i can get my money for that skin case back and he get banned or something i can get the money with store credit that will work
