G2G systematically discriminates against users from certain regions by rejecting legally valid documents during verification. Despite providing my international passport, national ID with official address registration, bank statement, and selfie, they repeatedly demanded "additional proof" without justification. This is not KYC—this is targeted exclusion.

First Submission: International passport → Rejected: "Need national passport."

Second Submission: Russian passport (with official propiska address registration) → Rejected: "Need bank statement."

Third Submission: Bank statement (in English, clearly showing my name, address, and passport details) → Rejected: "Need utility bill."

Fourth Attempt: Complaint to support (Ticket #4422917) → Ignored for 3+ days.

Clear Evidence of Discrimination:

-Their support agent (Paul Steven) sent template responses without reviewing documents.

-Contradictory demands: Each rejection invented new requirements.

-Double standards: G2G accepts simpler documents (like driver’s licenses) from EU/US users but rejects government-issued passports from other regions.

Recommendation: Warning to Other Users If you’re from Russia/CIS: ⚠️ G2G will waste your time with endless rejections. ⚠️ They ignore support tickets (as proven by my case). ⚠️ Your personal data may be at risk (you submit sensitive documents for nothing).
