I purchased a Steam account advertised as FULL ACCESS and discovered a problem almost immediately. I reported the issue to the seller and G2G within approximately 1–2 hours of purchase and provided evidence. The seller did not resolve the issue, and G2G support was extremely slow, repeatedly sending generic responses instead of reviewing my case. After waiting for support, G2G eventually refused my refund by claiming that the insurance period had expired. This makes no sense because I reported the problem only 1–2 hours after the purchase, while the protection period was still active. Any expiration that occurred while I was waiting for G2G or the seller to respond should not be used against me. I requested the refund as G2G Store Credit because I simply wanted to purchase from another seller on their platform. Ticket ID: 5751552. I want G2G to review the original complaint timestamp and resolve the case fairly.
Claimed loss: USD 7.25
Desired outcome: Full refund of USD 7.25 as G2G Store Credit and a proper review of Ticket #5751552 based on the original complaint timestamp.
