I am still waiting to receive $16.00 for an Instacart Home Delivery Order (Kroger's red grapes) I bought around November 8, 2023. Fry's ignored to send the promised refund of $16.00 within the same day of the purchase. Fry's said it takes 7-10 days for my Bank to post the $16.00 back to my account which is incorrect.
I called Fry's customer services many times and sent an email, but, I was told I have to wait now till December 5, 2023, to receive this refund, which is unacceptable.
Claimed loss: $16.00 plus 3 times calling Kroger customer services and sending emails.
Desired outcome: I expect Fry's to understand the inconvenient time that has caused me delayingthe $16.00 and compensate for their failure to provide a good service.
