Before the warranty was up, we requested a service tech to come out, as the door adjar alarm was going off at all hours of the night and day. Due to the covid shut down, no one could be sent out. When that was lifted we phoned again as the problem was not resolved. They refused to send anyone saying the warranty was past its 1 year. It is 3in the morning and the alarms are going off again, CONSTINTLY.
Your company has NOT backed its product or warranty. Absolutely disgusting! I constantly have food freezing in the fridge and sleepless nights due to its malfunctions. I think it may be time to contact a lawyer.
