Refrigerator Issue
Frigidaire Gallery 4-door French Door Refrigerator (Model GRMS2773AF01) Problem summary: the plastic back housing/liner is warped and bulging due to an internal insulation or thermal expansion defect. This allows freezing air to escape, causing fresh food inside the refrigerator to freeze.
The repair Verdict: a certified Sears technician inspected the unit and ordered an official OEM replacement parts. The parts did not fit because the refrigerator's cabinet frame is permanently deformed from the factory. Sears refunded the cost of the parts and officially documented the appliance as unrepairable.
Frigidaire customer service has repeatedly refused to assist me because the unit is pasted the one year mark despite this being a catastrophic structural failure rather than the standard wear and tear. Because was sold an unrepairable, inherently defective appliance, I am requesting that an escalation team review my case and issue my documentation and issue a full refund buyout or a replacement unit.
This is very surprising to me as we have had many Frigidaire products over the years and had no issues. Hopefully they stand by their product and research the design flaw. Otherwise, I'm out of a lot of money

Claimed loss: Loss of frozen food inside the refrigerator of 3 weeks, no ice had to purchase in bags from the store as well
Desired outcome: Refund of original payment, or replacement of the refrigerator even if it's a comparable fridge. Will also negotiate these terms
