Frigidaire review: Fridgidaire gallery, french door refridgerator

Diagnosed unit and discovered user interface board is shorted. This is causing user interface to always be adjusting
temperature and not running correctly
Removed power and old user interface. Installed new interface and applied power. Units user interface never initializes
and machine remained idle. Pulled UI out and tested harness. Tested for voltage and found 12v from black to orange and
0.24 volts black to red which should be 5 volts. Went to main board at back and tested same connections at main board
and received 12 and 5 volts accordingly. Tested resistance between orange to red and orange to blue and got low
resistance when it should be 0. This indicates damaged wiring harness that is insulated in and cannot be repaired.
Forwarding findings to Frigidaire tech support per instruction from bulletin RFTT2611
