I rented a car from 11/26/25-11/30/25. My son left my daughter's expensive heater/fan in the back seat. I have been trying to track it down for more than 72 hours. I have emailed their lost and found, as there is no number to call, three times and they are supposed to reply within 24-48 hours, which has not happened. I have tried calling but can only get ahold of billing. I called twice and both people have told me that they would email lost and found but the first person I talked to didn't. I sure hope the second person will, but if I have to call again I will find out. This is beyond ridiculous as I called the very next day and have been waiting all week to hear something. My daughter lives in Washington so it should be an easy return. If it is not returned then I expect it to be replaced. I will not stop contacting them until this matter is resolved but I will never rent from them again.
Claimed loss: The loss of the heater/fan would be approximately $150.00
Desired outcome: I would like a response. I would like the item returned or replaced. And would like an apology.
