Fox Rent A Car review: Fraudulent charges

I will never rent with Fox car rental again. I booked my car from June 20 to June 22 I made the pick up for 11:45 PM and made a drop off for 11:45 PM. I had a flight to Dallas on the 22nd when I went to return the car. There was no one at the terminal. There was only one lady who asked me to return the keys, she didn’t give me any documentation. I was late for my flight so I didn’t think anything of it. I then saw that they tried to charge an extra charge on my account. They kept the deposit and they even tried to charge $49 more on top of what I had already paid I called them to ask what the issue was and they told me that I had returned the call late at 3 AM in the morning on June 23 and that was a lie because I had been on a flight to Dallas at that time I called customer service to try and get the issue rectified but I didn’t get any response. No response on email no response on calls. Nothing no communication whatsoever horrible service never renting with these people again. I saw a lot of horrible reviews on that particular site at San Francisco airport. Many people on those reviews spoke of scams being overcharged for fuel being overcharged for returning cars. It looks like people are running a business to steal from the public never ending with these people and I’m very disappointed.
