Rented a Car using Priceline for FOX Rental Cars. We paid Priceline in full at the time of reservation. Picked up the car at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport FOX Rental Car counter where Kenny helped me. I verbally declined all the insurance coverage, and he turned the screen around and told me to initial all the areas to decline the insurance but actually he had me initial the area to accept the Loss Damage Waiver. I wasn’t even a where of the charges until I was reviewing my credit card bill and noticed a large amount was charged in addition to what I already paid Priceline. I called Priceline and they told me to contact FOX Rental Car. I called FOX Rental Car customer service to explain I declined the coverage and that their employee Kenny fraudulently had me initial the area stating it was approved. FOX Rental Car customer service representative stated they could do nothing for me since I signed it even after I explained that Kenny fraudulently had me initial it. Now I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company since FOX Rental Car did nothing about their employee committing fraud.
