Fox Rent A Car review: Car rental charges

I went Fox to rent a car. The woman that waited on me told me that if I returned the car early that it would be a $20 charge. I was charged $40 something. I was still charged for Saturday (today although I returned it yesterday (Friday). I also didn't know the insurance was $20+ a day. I thought it was less. I also have other charges that I'm not sure about. I pretty much got charged almost double than what it was originally. It turned up being $180+ for TWO DAYS! I don't like it that I didn't get a copy of the contract. I signed a screen & she was saying what it was for, but not with the amounts. The lady didn't mention it was going to be emailed to me. When I returned the car, a guy told me it was emailed to me. I feel like I've been ripped off!
