I ordered flowers for delivery almost a week before the date that I needed, just to be sure it was on time.
I got an email saying that they were out for delivery. That was a month ago, and the delivery still has not been made. I contacted them, and I got a standard answer. "we'll contact the local supplier and we'll get back to you as soon as they answer". I guess the supplier flew to South America to cut the flowers themselves.
they won't refund my money, they won't do anything else but say they are sorry for the inconvenience.
Recommendation: Go somewhere else, find another company for your purchase
