I am very, very, very unhappy and frustrated with the poor organization of the order I have paid for. I requested a delivery in France on August 23, 2023 for a birthday. The person has received her parcel today, August 28, 2023. As I have ordered flowers, they are COMPLETELY wilted and destroyed. I do request, without issues, a COMPLETE refund or I will take further actions. This is totally unacceptable and I will not allow losing almost 90 euros on this kind of quality. We can barely reach the customer service either. This is a very poor service!

They refer first to the general phone number, I've been in waiting line for almost 15 minutes. Then they refer to the customer support website, if I fill in my complaint, I am not able to click the send button, it does absolutely nothing.
Desired outcome: I would want (not like) my total refund. This is highly unacceptable.
