I've tried multiple times to cancel subscription and delete account but to no avail.

I've also tried to contact customer services via email and had jo response as of yet.

I signed up for the 3 day trial and they tried to charge me for the month subscription which I didn't agree to.

Please have these cancelled with immediate effect.
