Flirt.com I cancelled my next billing 2-3 days BEFORE they were suppoosed to charge me

And even so, they forcefully withdrew money from my account without permission! I tried to cancel the money transfer and i couldn't! and the transaction doesn't even show on their website! SCAMMERS!
13th of december is the day i bought the 1 day access, then 4 hours later i decided to cancel it, because those sneaky devils forgot to mention that i will go straight to MONTHLY PLAN right after my 1 day expired, So i quickly canceled any future payments and they STILL decided to take my money!

Desired outcome: I want my money back! (10.27 pounds)

I also forgot to mention that on 16th of December i decided to use a disposable virtual card to buy another 1 day plan JUST BECAUSE they saved my previous card info and i wanted to replace my real card info with this disposable card info. And even after using the virtual disposable card, i still cancelled any future payments.

Flirt.com Repeat billing

I have tried numerous times to cancel a repeat billing by filling in the form in the app, (there is no confirmation that this has been done afterwards) then trying to call the phone number to 'complete the process'. The number was unobtainable each time I called and I have now been charged for a month's membership, which I did not want, and so I would like a refund.

Flirt.com Billing cancellation

Today I started an account with flirt.com and paid for the 3 day trail but soon after realised that it put me into an automatic payment plan. This same day I have proceeded through all of the necessary steps on the website to cancel the subscription. However, at the end of the cancellation process you are met with a message saying "to complete repeat billing cancellation, please call our operator at [protected]". When you try to call this number you are met with an automatic response saying "sorry you have dialled an incorrect number". Due to this I have email [protected]@flirt.com to request the cancellation however they are only replying with promotes to follow the steps that lead me to a number that cannot be called to "complete" the cancellation.

I feel like I have been scammed and they are purposefully avoiding cancelling my subscription to take money from me. I'm not sure what I can do. This has left me feeling hopeless that they will start taking money from me without my consent when I have continuously attempted to cancel this through their site and emailing their support team directly.

Desired outcome: My subscription is cancelled and they do not charge any further then the 3 day trail I agreed to.

Flirt.com Trial subscription (ID [protected])

Fake dating sites and difficult and misleading account deactivation process.
On the final page (step 4) of the account deactivation process it clearly acknowledges my intention of deactivating my account and displays a large button that has been placed strategically to make you think it needs to be pressed to cancel your subscription. Instead, the button is to cancel your request to deactivate your account, what is written in unassuming fine print is that you are required to call a number to discuss all the embarrassing details regarding your desperate loneliness and repeat the personal details you had just verified in the first 3 steps of the deactivation process. This is blatant misdirection and I believe it to be fraudulent. They also stitched me up with MYDEEPLOVE.COM also.

I have been trying to delete my account but it will not allow as l try to enter text it goes onto the site not the cancellation procedure.So lam at loss as to what to do.Please sort this out as l have very little money and have bills to pay. Thankyou

Flirt.com Difficultly in cancelling myaccount.

My membership ID is. [protected]

I no longer want to use flirt.com and wish to cancel my subscription. I find the cancellation process very difficult and it appears that I am unable to do it online. I find this unacceptable. It looks as though flirt.com has made it very difficult to cancel a subscription to the service. I had tried twice to cancel my subscription online, with no success. I only started using the service a few days ago. But have decided it wasn't for me.

Desired outcome: Having my subscription cancelled.

Flirt.com flirt.com subscription

i had subscribed to flirt.com today morning to meet new people there. but after the subscription what i got there was only bots and fake profiles. the subscription i took was for 6 months but the billing showed only for one month. the amount charged is showing INR 750, however i uave been chrged INR 1260 for the same. i feel i've been cheated by the service providers. the homepage showed 100% refund when i subscribed, however they refused to refund even after multiple requests. please do the needful ASAP.

You know I was looking at some singles sites from being lonely a few nights and I was apauad. I am a 72 year old man that still looks good for my age. You are showing me 22 year old young ladies flirting with me. I think you are allowing this only to make money, it really is Sick. You should be ashamed of your selves for trying to pick on lonely men what would i do with a young woman half to fully naked.. Googie says they have standards but I don't think so, it is all about lies you people make up on there$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Desired outcome: yeah stop it and get a real moral life job but then in again there are alot of sick people in this world.

Flirt.com Membership and billing

Signed up last night for 3 day free trial membership, cancelled the next day and see on my bank account that I have been $1.99 and $21.99 from you lot consecutive to each other, I have cancelled all this morning and cancelled recurring billing. I want someone to email me at [protected]@me.com to confirm complete cancellation and refund, I find that this level of abuse is highly unprofessional as a business and I will as a matter of principle get this handled legally if my money is not returned post haste

Why I'm getting charged by onlvs.com I do not have any memberships, did not do any trials, just went inside to look up and that's it! The money from my account is taken, but put in reserved, that I can't see the pay number or any other information about it ! I want cancel anything what you did to take the money immediately !

Flirt.com Stole money from me

I foolishly got a link to join up when I was at the park last Sunday, and since there was a lady from my same town that sent me a message I decided to purchase some "coins" so that I could talk to her in the $10 charge came off my credit card but I was never given the coins and never got to complete the conversation, I want my money refunded in double inclined immediately or I want to complaint going against this company that just rips people off it should be off the market.. Flirt.com Billing cancellation

Created an account and signed on with a 1 day trial membership. I have subsequently sent an initial email to cancel account. Upon checking billing history, I see that I was billed again. As a result I sent another email to cancel the billing. Again upon checking I see that I have been billed again. I note my account has been reduced to limited (free) but I am still being billed for full account.

Tried to cancel my membership
I called he said it was cancelled and not even a day later it charged my card 36.66 dollars after it took 19.99 that was unauthorized
One more unauthorized charge and I'm freezing my card! This is an outrage! Such a scam!

Flirt.com Unauthorized credit card charges

I registered flirt.com in june 05, and after that immediately pushed myself out of flirt.com system, from which I also received an email. But it was deducted EUR 10.81 from the account.

I wote a letter the customer support team and they said they would respond within 24 hours, but that didnt happen!

Today repeatedly deducted EUR 10.57!

My id is [protected]. Could you please cancel my subscription. It was for a 3 day trial. Also reading other comments on here and some people saying you signed them up for other websites. Can you cancel any memberships I've signed up to. I tried to do this online but it says I have to phone a number which is utterly ridiculous. Can you please action this soonest as I don't want to be charged past the 3 days
