I rang customer services up about getting a refund on my card that wasnt me. Took ages to get them to accept to give me a refund as I was scammed on my card. I did get a refund on Thursday 05/01/23 and on Saturday 07/01/23.
How ever I rang up on the 08/01/23 They did not care about my mental state what it had caused me they said they did not care about it. So would like some compensation for what stress and mental health it caused

I joined the site Wednesday 16th Nov. Realized what a scam the site was, full of cam girls wanting you to go to their site or join some other site to prove your ID before you meet, some even wanted to solicit money for sex.

I immediately went to repeat billing and as I had joined for a 3 day trial, I cancelled repeat subscriptions immediately. Went back on to check today, exactly 3 days later and I have been repeat billed, this time for a full month for AUD57.08.

I got wrongfully charged for a months subscription I never purchased or wanted like how is this company just gonna automatically charge my card or account $36.66 for a month when I only wanted the one day for one dollar and that's it and I didn't receive any warning or information about how I had to cancel anything because I don't even see how I got charged for the month subscription from only purchasing the one day one dollar account like this is an outrage! Just stealing people's money and I demand my refund immediately and if I don't receive my money back as soon is possible I will take matters so far to were this company will end up paying way more than just returning my money of $36.66 like how is this company just gonna charge my account like this in so upset like so pissed off! I want my money now! I need my money now?!

They automatically set you up for recurring payments. When you want to unsubscribe they direct you to the page that isn’t there. Sounds like a great recipe for scam, doesn’t it? Hookups are guaranteed on sites like AdultsFun.club

Absolote scam flirt.com is! I signed up to a day membership of £0.99 and then read through the terms and conditions and saw that it had entered me into a subscription so I cancelled my subscription and even after this I was then still charged £25 and then even after this I was charged £45 Absolote disgrace this service especially nowadays with the cost of living rising is a piss take!

and the money keeps coming out its criminal being charged and not wanting or using service

Yesterday the 9th July 2022 at 3.30pm Nigerian time i was charged 15.70 euro for a service not rendered because some months back i ask that my account be cancel and i was told that it has been cancelled, so for charging me again when my account should be cancel to me it's fraud and theft. A[censored]EBE CHRISTOPHER ADA is the card name and this is the account number [protected] zenith Bank. Please i want my money refunded to me and my account automatically cancelled.

There was on twice debit of Rs.2218.09/- in my account and total of ₹4436.18 collected from my account towards my annual subscribtion.

Hence kindly reverse the excess debited and credit the proceeds to my account no [protected]

I need to request a refund immediately. My husband is severely neurologically handicapped and didn't know what he was doing. The account is under Brandon Mays. He ordered a $26 service 13 times, a $10 service 4 times and a $5 service 4 times. Wtf. Please investigate this matter. I did not consent and this is my bank account. Whatever you have to do. Hi I tried their trial period, next thing I know I was getting billed monthly. I tried to cancel, but they say I have to call their number which does not work. What kind of site is this? Usually you can just cancel online.

I feel this is a scam and people should know about this. I am attaching my membership details and billing history.

Canflirt took out from my account on March 25 $111.34. April 4th $64.27. They did not send me an email to cancel. There is also no number to call to cancel. Frustrating because I did not sign up for this. Supposed to be free for 30 days, and they took out $111.34 no more than 10 minutes after I said I would try the 30-day trial first.

I tried to cancel on their site, but I cannot complete the process without contacting their customer support.

I have attempted to contact Flirt multiple times via email and phone to cancel my subscription.

I only received one email from them offering me a free week, but I responded that I was not interested. I received to response to that email or any other email I have sent.

I can never reach anyone over the phone and they do not respond to my emails.

I had to look up their number on this site because I cannot find it on their official site.

If I cannot resolve this issue via this method, I will have to dispute any further charges on my credit card.

I am trying to cancel my Flirt.com subscription because I can not afford all of the bills and there are just too many bot on there as well but every time I call the number provided they either don't answer or they put me on mute until I hang up to try again, I feel like I am getting cheated out of the money I work hard to earn. the only way they tell you to cancel they actively avoid to cheat people out of there money. I just want the subscription to be cancelled i do not care about refunds because if its this hard to just cancel the subscription it will be impossible to get a refund. I have recently been charged (twice) on my debit card (see attached) and have never signed up for or used flirt.com services. Please explain how this has happened and reverse these charges.
