FlightHub No customer service, scam

The customer service for flight hub is nonexistent. There is no way to talk to someone on the phone who can help you or even email someone directly. I will never use flight hub again in my life. We used it for a bachelorette party that was supposed to happen this year but was cancelled. So that is 15 people who will never use it ever, and everyone that we know.

Never have I experienced this level of horrible customer service.

I spoke to someone named Esra on Sept/16/2020 and she told me I would get a refund, but instead I got a travel credit.

I then called and spoke to someone named Ahmed who works in sales for new bookings. They can't really help with old bookings but he told he would look at it. Since there is no way to talk to anyone unless you click to make a new booking, I did and this was the person I got in touch with - Ahmed. He asked me for the booking id # and told me he would pull it up and told me to wait 2-3 minutes on hold. He left me on hold. I waited and waited, I was doing other things so I waited for 45 mins. I then decided to take my house phone (I was using my cell phone before) and I called the same number and clicked the same prompts to reach the sales department to see if he would answer. Guess what - Ahmed answered. SO while my cell phone was still placed on hold with him, the same guy Ahmed answered when I called from my house phone. I flipped out on him and he realized it was me and started making so many excuses and trying to apologize. I was pissed and he could tell. I asked him right away to talk to his manager. I didn't even let him put me on hold this time, so he said he is putting me on mute and then told his boss something quickly.

The boss is now on the line, and his name is Mohammed, he introduces himself as Ahmed's supervisor. The conversation with Mohammed made no sense at all. He was speaking so fast and not even proper with English. He was talking over me and then rambling so fast, I honestly wish I had a recording of him. He starts making excuses as well, and says a bunch of different contradicting things. He tried to tell me that there are many people with the name of Ahmed that work there and this Ahmed is not the same one I was speaking to before (how would he know that?). Anyways, that was a lie because Ahmed himself acknowledged that he was the same person who spoke to me before, and of course I also recognized his voice and accent. Mohammed tries to tell me that Ahmed transferred me to customer service and that's what I was on hold for, I believe that is also lie. Ahmed didn't get back on the line and say "I am connecting you to customer service", so I know he just left me on hold. He said "hold 2-3 minutes while I pull this up" and then left it at that.

In the end, Mohammed has nothing to say because he sucks at his job. Very unprofessional, and just useless. Now, Mohammed says he will transfer me to customer service, and it goes back to the beginning of the prompts when you call flight hub, when you hear "bienvenue flight hub ..." and that leads to speaking to no one. There are no humans for their customer service, so I end up hanging up on my home phone. I still had my cellphone "hold" that Ahmed put me on going. I left it for as long as I could into the night, and I have a screenshot, the hold that [censored] put me on was over 3 hours. (3 hrs and 10 mins to be exact). After all that, my phone says "call failed". I knew I wasn't going to be able to speak to anyone, but that is what I went through that night. Never booking with them in my life. Looked up stories about what others have to say as well, and that reinforces my decision to never support this scamming company.

FlightHub Canceled flight

My parents 80 years old had a flight departed from Toronto on June 15 and due to current situation of covit, all flights were automatically canceled. I received on July that airline (Alitalia) approved the refund, and till today no refund is made. Please refund urgently my account and confirm. Booking number [protected]. I have been talking to flighthub about my flight past few days and their agents hang up on me. They cancelled my flight 3 times and when i try to contact, no one does their job. Agent submitted quote request which was declined right away. I am going to take legal action and complain about flighthub as they are treating me so bad and depressing me. My job is in danger coz of this company and they are being so unreasonable.

FlightHub ***Travel Credit usage fraud ***

Due to Covid 19 We had to cancel our flights to Hawaii in August. We had booking for the 5 of us to go to a wedding. We called flight Hub and they said our Cancellation Protection only covers for 24 hours of booking which now it was passed that date. They advised we wont be able to get a refund but we can get travel credit to use for future trip. They charged us over 150 dollars just to give us our own money back as a credit ! Today, I wanted to see how much it would be to book to go to Mexico but just me and my husband. The other three parties would still like to go to Hawaii June 2021. I called flight hub and they told me I am not ALLOWED to go to Mexicoooo! and I am not allowed to separate my credit into two separate booking! I just WHY NOT ?!?!? a Credit is a credit is a credit . they have so many hidden restrictions and have Zero Will to help their clients ! Who runs this company? they are certainly not about the happiness of their clients. They don't care if you return back to them . they just steal your money and drink a cool glass of water after it .
They said because this flight was booked to Hawaii and it only covers flights to USA. There is no mention of that on the restrictions. Also why does it matter where I go with my OWNNN MONEY and my OWNNNNN CREDIT !? IT was COVIDDDD ! give me a break ! Life is already hard but these guys are relentless ! They have over 3 thousands dollars of our money! This company is such a Fraud! All they do is give you obstaclesss... one after another so you practically just abandoned your hard earned money! NOT THIS TIME FLIGHT HUB !

FlightHub Fraud

Recently Flight Hub travel Agency at the time of refund our money because of cancelled our travel tickets by Airline cause of Covid-19, two times tried to abuse us by withdrawing money from our account without consent also they didn't want to refund or when requested to issue new tickets reduced almost %40 of our refund.

Flight Hub, it's not a trustable company and tried always as a cheapest advertise to abuse peoples

FlightHub Cancellation request

I put this complain here because FlightHub stopped to respond emails and not able to resolve problem over the phone (reps are not able to do anything)

I did the cancellation of the trip to Calgary and back in August 26, 2020 because of the departure date changes. The cancellation was done over the phone, almost two weeks ahead and the proof of the cancellation that day was the transaction at my credit card for flighthub admin fee.
The Flight company, Air Transat, confirmed my eligibility for the credit when I talked to them. Also online information on eligibility is available
After many additional calls to FlightHub and talks to the reps I was charged again for unknown reasons and my account on Flighthub website showed me the status of cancellation as processed.
I was insured there that any changes in the cancellation status would be emailed to me.
After almost two months and no information from your company I checked the account again and found no status of cancellation.

Being outraged now with their dishonest business especially at the difficult time of Covid19 I sent them this email to customer service which was returned as the box did not exist anymore.
Phone calls are not responded

Looks [censored] the Company is not going to return money or give credit.

FlightHub Use my credit

I booked a flight for July 10, 2020 from Toronto to Barcelona and Lisbon to Toronto; due to COVID-19 this flights were cancelled. I have my credits and now I am trying to use my credits to rebook my flights and It has been impossible with flighthub.

I having calling since September 15, everytime that I called I have to wait aroun to hours and they dont give me any solution. They only answer is that I have to try to keep calling to see when they have a fair available to be able to use my credits. It is very frustrated because as a costumber I have all my rights to use my crdits anytime for my booking.

I have a friend that deal with expedia instead of flighthub and she received a solution in the same day that she called and not issues.

FlightHub Services

Hi this is the first time I am complaining about something on any internet forum. I am having my worst experience ever with flighthub.
I booked flights through flight hub for my entire family through flighthub website. We travelled in February to my back home country from Canada. We were going back in may but due to covid pandemic our flight did not go. We had to stay here and we were waiting for flights to be regular.
Now when flights are going and we are trying to go back, its been two weeks I am trying to book my flight. If luckily my call get through the agent I will speak to will listen to me and tell me that he/she have documented all the information on the file and now the call will be transferred to the supervisor for booking and I Wait on the call about an hour and call drops itself. Its been keep going and going. I don't know what to do I feel stuck here. I tried to call the airline directly but they tell me to contact the agency who booked flights. I wanted to go back so that I could have look for work as I found out that I have lost my job and now I am going through all this. I hope my voice will be heard. Its been exhausting and painful expereicne.

FlightHub Useless voucher and unauthorized credit card charges

I was supposed to fly from Toronto to NYC on Thu 02 Apr, 2020 and back on Sun 05 Apr, 2020 (Reference Number: [protected]). I booked via Flighthub and the airline was Porter. The flight got cancelled by Flighthub (I didn't get the option to still go if I wanted to) because of the COVID19-pandemic. They offered me a voucher in stead that was valid till 03/04/2021, which I accepted since this was the only given option. After I received the voucher, I got the information that I could only use this for the exact same route (Toronto-NYC-Toronto), not for other flights. When I checked my credit card statements, I saw they charged CAD25, without asking for my authorisation. Not only did I lose the money that I paid for the ticket, they also charged me extra (unauthorized) administration costs, in a pandemic(!) when people are already struggling financially. I was living in Toronto temporarily (I just moved back to Europe) and until now the US-Canada border is still closed, so I couldn't even use the voucher for the same route since this is not allowed. When I tried to contact the customer service of the airline and Flighthub it is impossible to get an actual service agent on the phone to explain my situation. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I would like to get my money back.

FlightHub Tickets ft lauderdale to buenos aires

Flight hub is the worst place of any travel company to book tickets with. If something happens you cannot contact anyone and nobody will give you a answer. Our flight to argentina was cancelled by the airline but flight hub refused to give a refund even win argentina aeolis could not fly because argentina closed because of virus. If something happens kiss your money goodbye. Deal with any other travel.

FlightHub air ticket refund

Last January we booked two tickets from Toronto to Sydney, Australia on Air Canada through Flight Hub.

On 21 March we cancelled the reservations because of Covid-19 and received a one-year travel credit for $3, 324.12., which expires 17 January 2021.

Since Air Canada is not flying this route and we see no prospect of it resuming this service before the expiration date and we see no prospect of being able to visit Australia by that date, we are seeking a cash refund for these tickets.

Air Canada says we should deal with the ticket agency through which we bought the tickets -- in this case Flight Hub. Unfortunately, since we no longer have an active reservation, the Flight Hub website does not let us make contact with anyone.

FlightHub Travel agency

Itinerary #167-764-441 This was a flight with departure to Athens scheduled for 4/5/2020. Due to COVID-19, the airline (SAS) cancelled a connecting flight in the itinerary which made the sale eligible for a full refund. I contacted Flighthub in 3/2020 and set up a refund request with a travel agent. I was told that the request was submitted and they would wait on a refund waiver code of some sort from SAS in order to process my refund. I have called multiple times to follow up on this refund and keep getting the runaround. They're still waiting on SAS to process the refund. When I call SAS they tell me to contact flighthub and that they don't see all the said requests that I have been told were submitted by flighthub. I am owed a refund of $1415.04 and I want it now! Stop using COVID-19 as an excuse still. This has to be illegal. I need flighthub to follow up with this refund request with SAS and give me my money ASAP! I can't get through to anyone when I call to discuss the matter. I just called and got transferred to justfly customer service. They'll accept calls for new bookings but will not allow people to call regarding existing bookings. It's ridiculous! I want my money back now!

FlightHub Refund and credit issues

We were to fly to Italy on July 10, 2020, but Italy had restricted flights due to Covid-19, so we Couldn't go. I have been dealing with FH for weeks and weeks. Extremely difficult and stressful. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. I was able to get partial refunds from 2 airlines, but not Flight Hub. Only a flight credit. They kept refusing even though I couldn't had gone to Italy anyway, due to restrictions. I just relented and tried to use my "credit" but find there are all kinds of Flighthub restrictions when trying to book. These restrictions are impossible so I asked for a refund and again was told no as the tickets were "non-refundable". Then why was I given refunds from 2 of the airlines? They used all kinds of tactics to discourage calls or make them impossible, including asking getting through to them impossible or keeping me on hold for over 1 hr. I am so stressed and upset. I want my $3, 000 back!

FlightHub Refund for flights cancelled due to covid

The trip was cancelled by TAP Portugal in April, the tickets were bought from Flighthub. TAP insists that Flighthub is to refund me in full. Flighthub refused to issue a refund and today their wonderful rep named Jenny simply hanged up on me. I called and emailed them multiple times to no avail. I've been trying to get my money back since April. In May one of their staff told me that I'd get a refund by mid-August. Today, on September 2, I was told that that was a "misinformation" and there was no time frame to process refunds. In my case, they simply refused to process it.

FlightHub Airline ticket refund

I was booked on a flight from Dulles, Washington to Ulaan baatar, Mongolia for departing on August 14 and returning on Sept. 6. The airlines (Turkish Airlines) cancelled my flights. I contacted Flighthub on 7/29/20 and requested for my money back and they said they would send in a request. I have gone to track my request and now it states the request is rejected. My Flighthub booking reference # is [protected] and the airline confirmation code is: RHZG7E. Since the airlines cancelled my flights I am entitled to a cash refund.

FlightHub Flights paid for and then not booked or cancelled

(1) Air canada flight booking number 173-791-821 paid for but not booked.
Left stranded at airport for 5 hours before paying for another flight.
(2) Virgin Atlantic flight, booking number 176-979-532 paid for & booked, but return portion of journey cancelled by Virgin on 23 March 2020.
(3) British Airways flight, booking number 177-212-262. Paid for and booked, but return portion of journey cancelled by BA on 22nd June,! st July, and again on the 9th Sept. Finally I booked a flight for! st Oct which is totally unsuitable as I will have been stranded for 3 1/2 months. I have had to book another flight, and am requesting a refund for the unused portion of my Journey.

FlightHub Changed my flight dates and timing without giving me any options to choose from

I booked a flight from comox valley to Regina and FlightHub just changed my dates without even asking or giving me any options to chose from
Those dates do not work well with my schedule also there's a layover for 23 hours in my flights. Who's going to pay for my stay in Edmonton?

FlightHub Ticket refund request

Original booking number [protected] had to be cancelled due to COVID. FlightHub claims we have to use future travel credit with same airline and same itinerary. TAP Air Portugal was airline and they aren't even shown as a carrier on FlightHub website.
Air travel was connected to a cruise which had to be changed to May, 2021 due to COVID. Cruise itinerary is now totally changed from Southampton to Southampton. Original air from Boston to Lisbon and Lisbon to Barcelona is not even itinerary now. We want a refund OR ability to rebook with different carrier and different route.

FlightHub Bad customer service

I made reservation with flight hub on February of 2020 from boston to Egypt round trip. Going on jet blue and Egypt air on 7/11/2020 coming back on 8/11/2020 Austrian airline one stop in vina for 18 hours which I reserved a hotel room to stay with my family which their flight got canceled Do to COVID-19 . Flight hub charge my return to two stops without my approval. Two stops leaving from Cairo in August 11th to Vienna then, from Vienna to Frankfurt then, from Frankfurt to Boston ( arriving 8/13/20). Which is a day later than my original flight. Returning on the 13th will impact my work schedule for my job. I have contacted Flight Hub more than 7 times and asked for their help, and they asked my to call back at the end of June. I called them today and they said they cannot do anything to my reservation and they asked me to contact Austria airline. I called Austria airline, and spoke to one of the supervisors, and they told me that any change on your ticket has to be done by FlightHub. I reserved a round trip ticket and I found out it's two separate tickets, one for going in and one for coming back. I need assistance, if I can get a refund on both of the tickets or have a better connection flight for my return ticket, 1 stop, and maximum 4 hours of layover. FlightHub Travel voucher duration

Westjet is offering 2 years to use travel voucher.
We booked tickets with flighthub using westjet
Flighthub will only give us 1 year.
So tickets were bought feb 21 2020 - no we need to fly by feb 21 2021
Not going to work for us - we want the same 2 years west jet is offering.

We accepted the travel voucher have no issue - just the duration of it.

FlightHub Plane ticket refund

On May 13th 2020 I have booked a Flight with FlightHub scheduled on May 14th 2020 from Toronto to Bucharest with one stop in Frankfurt, Germany (FlightHub Booking Number: [protected] / Lufthansa Confirmation Number: TM33W2). The price of the ticket was $5, 104.78 and I had to purchase it due to a family emergency - my father passed and I had to be in Bucharest for the funeral. (I can provide the death certificate if required). When I got to the airport the gentleman from check in told me that I cannot travel to Bucharest unless I provide a proof of Romanian citizenship. He and his supervisor explained that the proof of Romanian citizenship is required due to the fact that the flight from Frankfurt to Bucharest wasn't a regular flight but a special flight to bring Romanian citizens from Germany to Romania due to the COVID - 19 situation. I usually travel with my canadian passport and I was never ever asked to provide a proof of Romanian citizenship. On FlightHub website, when I booked the flight, was no warning whatsoever that the flight from Frankfurt to Bucharest was a special one and that are special requirements to board the plane. (I can provide the booking information and the itinerary from FlightHub where you can see that nothing is being mentioned about the nature of the flight from Frankfurt to Bucharest).in consequence, FlightHub provided misleading information and took my money causing me not only a major financial loss but also a massive emotional distress. Because of them I have missed my father;s funeral. I have contacted FlightHub and I spoke with a lady by the name of Jinky who obviously told me that the ticket is non-refundable and that was it!
I am asking FlightHub to issue a full ticket refund in the amount of $5, 104.78 plus another $3, 000.00 for the emotional distress they have caused me.
