WorldVentures Holdings Dreamtrips world venture

I paid religiously the membership fee of $99.99 starting from August 2019 up to this day March 24, 2022. I paid $99.99 for a total of 31 months. Upon knowing that my points were forfeited because of non-use, I decided to cancel my membership, otherwise, the company keeps on deducting money from my credit card only to be forfeited when not in use. There is pandemic and vacation as a recreation is not a priority. Everyone may have vacation by staying at home but not everyone may have a travel vacation in the midst of a pandemic because travel vacation is never a priority to put a deadline on that if the client misses to have a travel vacation and the membership fees which are converted into points will be forfeited. There is no guarantee especially to employees like me to travel by using DreamTrips on a specified time especially in the midst of pandemic. My hard-earned money was put to waste. It looks like I am giving the company my hard-earned money for nothing.

Desired outcome: Return to me my money. That is not your money.

WorldVentures Holdings Membership rewards

I had the worse experience with this company, anyone who gets approached by this unethical and fraudulent company please stay away from them. They lie about the benefits to get you to sign up, whenever you want to use your points there is always a restriction so you can't use it and they stay with your money. I had a membership for three years with them never was able to use any of my points. Evertime I called customer service ro get a solution it was just their way only, not sympathy towards customers or loyalty. They are a bunch of thieves in my eyes, they took money from me for three years so that's about $2, 500 that never served me a purpose so yes that's straight up a robbery. Customer service is rude they even hang up the phone on you when you call to complain or get any type of information. If I had to rate this fraudulent company I would give them a negative zero, x a million. They are horrible and make it hard for you to use your points. On top they talk about these are exclusive affordable vacation which is a lie when you compare prices their prices are always higher like I said a straight up fraud. Not even their seller want to be part of them because of all the fraudelent and unethical promises. If I was an attorney or had the money for one I would definitely file a law suit against them. But I will report them to the consumers affair this people are taking advantage of people's money and their desire to the dream vacation they sell, which is totally unethical and against the law. This has been very disappointing and frustrating, I would say disgusting for me as a customer. If you would like to reach out to me my email is [protected]@gmail.com. Like I said the biggest fraud ever after Obama, this company deserve to be out of business, shut down for good so they stopped thrir fraudulent business operation, and paid every one they stole money from on this fraudulent promises of dream vacation.

Good Morning can someone help me out telling how to get world ventures from stop taking money from my credit card please? i would be grateful for that. i have been trying to call them, I have sent them numerous emails and still no reply. every month they are taking money from my card for payment, I am trying to cancel my account and not seeing how to do so. can someone help me please?

I trusted my Upline to Close my 100 leads I gave him instead he closed them for himself said he is my brother what should I do with 70 leads he stole that I provided him
I wonder if it is acceptable practice or should World Ventures receive a sworn statement and how will they deal with that it's fraudulent behaviour of my upline he promised me to help me convert my leads but took them for himself it's not about World Ventures with Over 10, 000 contacts IMD is a no brainer but what bothers me Noel has stolen my contacts he never knew before me telling him and boasting on webinars undermining me I wonder how does World Ventures deal with these matters it's a joke in 2 years only have 1 sponcered but 80 leads that were mine Noel stole his Karma Cancer struck him I believe the opportunity is good because I have over 30.000 contacts but needed these 80 my upline stole to get regular income I am just curious how World Ventures deals with such matters I feel very upset wrote my upline on Messenger I write a statement in World Ventures against him I am upset losing the income I deserve I put 4, 500 leads on Rapid Funnell and they blocked me paid full year subscription. I was eager and deserve IMD Status but my upline has stolen my leads I entrusted his ethics to do the right thing please give me your feedback I am quite disappointed

WorldVentures Holdings owes me back commission

I was a representative from 2016 until 2019. At this point World Ventures owes me back commission for months while the company didnt pay hardly anything. I also hit executive status and had accrued nearly 8000 points to which the company canceled executive status without allowing me to take even one trip. World Ventures was operating illegally in Brazil for nearly a year before their "Pre-launch" and are currently operating in countries like Estonia illegally. This company has no integrity not to mention their "dream trip price pledge" is a lie. I beat multiple dream trips and they refused to honor their pledge. I beat their airfare and sent multiple emails they refused to honor their pledge. I can provide proof for each of my claims. I love Network marketing and companies like World Ventures give the industry a horrible name.

WorldVentures Holdings account reactivation

Hi,

I bought 2 tickets for momentum barcelona, last year. I decided that I can't go and my son as well so we found somebody who wants the tickets. But, surprise! I couldn't go into my account - after desperate attempts, someone told us to check if is still active. Voila! Was not. I was not informed about it, not on email not over the phone. Luckily I wanted to sell the tickets otherwise on the day to go to barcelona I would have had a big surprise, and why? Because is impossible to contact the administration to reactivate my account. I am really disappointed. I am trying for several days, I left my phone on their robot option for hours. I tried different options, I left my phone number to be called - 3 times. I sent an email and i've got a reply "thank you for contacting worldventures support. Your request is assigned to case number  cas-2797735-n1p4f0 . A member of our support team will contact you to resolve your inquiry." _ obviously nobody called. Time is ticking and barcelona is approaching. If I lose the tickets who is going to give my money back? Is not that I didn't pay my membership, my card was in the system, i've got an email saying that there is a problem with my card. I went into my account (1-2weeks ago) I put my card as primary (before was my son's) and I did everything I was asked in the email. And that's it. From there I had no reply. Good or bad.
Now what?

Hi im Emilija, im from Lithuania. I joined the worldwentures and after two days I canceled the membership and asked for money refund. They canceled my account after one week but didint answered nothing about the refund. I have paid 99$ and I didnt bought any travels or etc. I know by the rules that I have full rights to refund, but I dont know where else to complain. I have googled what to do but everything is in english and for USA, and there is no info for Lithuania, as I understood this company is not even working in here... my member number id [protected]

WorldVentures Holdings membership cancellation

I have been trying to cancel my membership with world ventures since December 10th 2018. I signed up December 8th. I send the email and I get an automated one back and don't hear anything after. I have tried calling I faxed I have not gotten a response back either. I don't do pry amid schemes. I sent an email yesterday, today, the 17th as well and still haven't gotten a response to confirm my cancellation. But my account is still active. I do not want to be a rep or a member any more. I am with in the 14 days to cancel. I would like my full refund back on my credit card please. My rep is number is [protected]

WorldVentures Holdings service i'm complaining about.

I joined the worldventures dreamtrip because of my cousin, everything went alright and then I started feeling sick as I had major operation before as I had cancer, then I contacted my cousin and told her I want to cancel my membership with the worldventures dreamtrip as I'm starting my radiation treatment and I'm not feeling well, my cousin told me she will tell the person who signed her up. I waited no one got back to me. So I message the person who signed up my cousin or who got my cousin involved, she message back that I have to email to the company which I have to look up for myself. Found it, email to them I want to cancel my membership, still no word from them, now they had taken out another $89.00 USD. It's their communication that's really got me angry.

WorldVentures Holdings dreamtrips membership and worldventures representative and business system

Hello,

I sent two emails to the worldventures group asking for my account to be cancelled and to be refunded my payment. The first email was sent less than a day after I signed up. Since then I have gotten two case numbers and no response. This was done during the period of late October to early November. Today's date is December 5. Can I have some assistance in getting my issue resolved please?

The last email I sent was on November 25 and the first was on October 27 (I signed up on October 26). I got assigned case numbers in both cases:

I would like a full refund of the payment made and would like my account cancelled.

WorldVentures Holdings nigerian prospects challenges

Dear WV Team,

My name is Joy Damian Onyia. I am from the Federal Capital City of Nigeria, West Africa. I am a banker and a Fashion designer and recently, an enrolled member with is no [protected].

I was introduced to your organisation by a brother in South Africa. However, Nigeria is not in your target market list which compelled us to do my enrollment using Botswana as the country. Meanwhile, I am having issues enrolling other prospects because of the mentioned challenge and the fact that payments are difficult to consummate from here using our cards.

For instance, I have a pending enrollment ( [protected]) which we were unable to pay for, hence, my decision to lay this complaint.

Please, how soon can you launch in Nigeria to give room for people like us who are very much interested on your products? Also, how do we continue to enroll prospects here pending when you finally launch your products here? Hi everyone,

Please be so kind and help me with the steps to follow in order to cancel my membership and receive my money back.
I paid for a platinum membership Saturday, 24th of November, and I really want to cancel it because I changed my mind, it seems to be a lot of money for me, yesterday I lost one of my jobs and I don't have the money to pay the monthly fee anymore.

WorldVentures Holdings travel membership / recruitment membership

I signed up for a For World Ventures in April of 2015.

You are given points to use towards vacation packages for every months fee paid. I recruiter enrolled me, and told me that the points never expire. They said in their video, "it's like having a piggy bank, you can use them anytime!", but I just found not this is not true. All the points that were supposedly not to expire in fact have. I have wasted over $3000 USD as a result of this deceitful recruitment tactic.

I tried calling their ustkemr support and they offered no indemnity. They even had the audacity to offer for me to downgrade my membership and receive less points. But the points expire after one year, then you are given new points for the next year. This is not what I was told, otherwise I would NOT have enrolled.

I'm weary of fine print considered unmentionable in recruitment seminars. If I had known, I would not have signed up and would have saved $3000.00 USD. It is complete deceitfulness in my book.

Kindly instruct me on how to proceed to process this complaint so that others do not experience similar.

WorldVentures Holdings refund not received on cancelled subscription on edreams / dream trips since october 2017.

Hello, my name is Michail Karatzas and back in October 2017 I was contacted by an Independent Representative and was sold an annual subscription called something like "edreams / Dream Trips" at the cost of $514.92 while my assigned member id was [protected]. A few hours later, I contacted the rep and asked him to refund me the money I paid as I changed my mind. The rep tried to dissuade me from doing so but after I insisted he reassured me that a couple of days later he would authorise the refund. The refund was never authorised as I still haven't received the money I paid and ever since I have been contacting the European customer service phone line and online customer service support asking them about the progress of my refund. They insist they have returned the money but fail to provide a proof in an email attachment so I can forward it to my bank and track where the money is (if of course, they have genuinely returned them). The customer service has stopped responding to my emails after I notified them last week that the bank and the debit card issuer (Mastercard) where the money came from confirmed there has never been a refund submitted from World Ventures or even an attempt for a refund for the aforementioned subscription. Some of the latest email communication exchanges in April and May 2018 have the following CRM id's: 0316021, 0316988, 0316975. On top of that, when I contact the customer service via email and repeatedly ask for the full name of the operator who is speaking to me they refuse to do so and sign with generic names such as Nick/Nikos etc. I've never used the service or any of the vacation packages offered, as a few hours after I joined and paid the subscription, I requested a refund as I changed my mind.

Please note that the payment of the subscription was done by my father's debit card (Ioannis Karatzas) who himself bought the same subscription as above but after he requested a refund from the same rep he received the money within weeks. My father resides in Greece while myself I am a permanent UK resident and taxpayer. In my case, I am still waiting for the refund to be submitted back to the card that was used for the payment.

WorldVentures Holdings the vacations is not for two people but per person.

I joined worldventures last year 2017 September, what attract me all vacations was for two people but the time I want to book in January 2018 says per person that is too expensive than I pay without worldventures discount. I email support @worldventures.com but they only send email back they already cancel my account but refund, I want my money back as you said if we don't take any vacation within a year you pay in all but as points, as for me now I fnt want anything about this company but my money back. Joining fee plus monthly fee. ID m:[protected]

WorldVentures Holdings another pyramid scheme targeting already weakened people

This company is terrible I wanted to cancel my membership but no one is getting back at me I use there website for travel and it was a mess and didn't get anything back from them. Customer service sucks I ask a copy of my receipts for the paid flights but it took them months. Im happy somebody is not suing this company and I am hoping to get my full refund or they will have to pay for my expenses and time trying to sell this stupid scam.

WorldVentures Holdings threw my back out could not take my trip

Please cancel my World Ventures membership.

I am furious with the way that my situation was handled with my 1st trip and Customer Service was of no help to me wait time an hour. I threw my back out and was not able to make my first trip and nothing could be done to accommodate me.

I refuse to pay dues on a company making money off my dollar and no on can help me when I spent almost $600 dollars on a trip I was not able to take. How rude yall get paid but i loss my money. I worked hard for the money i paid for the trip.

Not fair and i want to cancel. My enrollment #[protected]. I am under [protected].

WorldVentures Holdings cancellation of membership and refund

I cancelled my world ventures membership on the 13th day after signing, i emailed on the old email: [protected]@worlventures.com there was no response, on the 16th day after signing i tried this email: [protected]@worldventures.com, they took 5 days to respond and they responded on the 6th day of cancellation. They are now indicating that i am not eligible for refund. I am not happy with how they responded and the fact that they said there is no refund.
I need help, WILL BE PLEASED IF MY REQUEST WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION

While membership I have no doubt at the back of my mind. This is because of AMERICAN COMPANY. After membership I tried many days to cancel the account but not succeded. I have not carried out any transaction and did not perform any purchase. How come they steal my money. I do know many company is systematically violating law, but its shame to be in AMERİCA. Cant believed.

Thank you for you all sharing such an awful experience.
I am feeling in the trap to lie my friends to joining this awful dreams trips. My membership done on 9th Nov. I been sent cancellation on 14, 15, 16 and 19th Nov. to both email address support@worldventures.com and eteam@worldventures.com. By now I only received the trace number. They seem not to reply. Probably this is cheating membership fees company.

Awful experience
Membership done on the 4th of august 2017, cancelled on 12 august, since then 118 mails exchanged, always excuses, always another problem to avoid paying me, not possible to reach them via phone especially from Europe. 400 $ and I am not the only client.
Whomever has the possibility with Dreamtrips, be aware that this company is all but not a dream. Its a nightmare since 8 months for me!

Hey, sorry for the late reply everyone.

YES! I got my refund. 3 days ago (11/10/17). Every cent, but I guess I was one of the lucky few to cancel within the eligible time period. They really don't make that clear when signing up so if anyone is on the fence about cancelling just know you have like 14 days to do it if you want a full refund.

So here is what I did after also emailing and getting no response...

I called them and waited on the phone for about 35 minutes before giving them a callback number. they eventually called me back about 45 minutes later and I talked to a representative. got my membership cancelled and a confirmation email for a full refund within 5 - 7 business days. here is the number I called which can also be found in the email they send you when you first sign up.

Have your membership id# number ready and they'll ask you stuff like your name, dob, and email. my representative was nice and courteous so after days of frustration and agony, at least it's not all bad.

I don't know how long after you sign up that you're still eligible for a refund but I emailed and called them within 14 days.

I'll check back in a week and let you all know if my refund came through.

Hey there... Did you get your refund? they said i cancelled the membership late, mentioned that i am not eligible for refund. I once send the cancellation on their old email, the policies i was holding indicated the old email. I realized when it was too late that they where using support@worldventures.com Tried to explain to them they are taking long to respond to my complaints. At least they have cancelled my membership. I have learnt a lesson. I will never be caught up in companies like world ventures anymore. Yes it may be a good company with opportunities, but the problem is that they lie about a lot of staff when presenting their case. As a member you will only realize that you dint get all the concept after making a research. I really learnt a lot about this pyramid companies.

If they is good company then was needed to be in back office option that if somebody want to quit than can quit but nothing like that you cant find that makes to think that all iss for that while after when somebody after hard looking find how to contact them they will say..we cant refund while you was us tell about quit very late...I think that is very smart system for cheating out money from that memmbers who want to quit this company...and if is old emails they was needed to delete that...not hold old ones too...Every good company is easy to quit and makes no problems to contact them..They doing what They want...Very bad organisation is Worldventure

I'm having the exact same problem with worldventures. i'm even trying to call them but they're stonewalling me! they don't want to respond to me right away so the time i'm eligible for a refund expires and they get to keep my money.

This has to be illegal!

Why is it so hard to cancel something which i've paid for? I would appreciate a response.

WorldVentures Holdings worldventures membership

I canceled my account some months ago and they still keep charging my account. I just want my money refunded back to my account. I worked hard for my money and yet they continue to take the money out of my account. Now I have to change my card just to not be charged. If this is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to speak about this company. They even deleted my account so I can’t sign into the app but yet still charge me. This is beyond disrespectful!
