On the same day of the flight, July 17, I contacted your customer service team by phone to request a cancellation. Unfortunately, my request was not accepted, only a flight credit was offered. As the flight was not taken and I made a timely attempt to cancel it, I am requesting a flight credit for the unused booking. I believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution under the circumstances.
