I spoke with an agent on 2025-06-17 to book a flight from Calgary to Quebec City on 2025-06-21.

I enquired about the possibility to have a refund if I needed to cancel within the 24 cancellation window, and the agent informed me that I could do that but that there would be a 75$ cancellation fee. When I explained the reason why I might be required to cancel, she agreed to waive the 75$ fee. However, when I cancelled my booking a few hours later, a 75$ fee was taken on my credit card. Not only the cancellation hasn't been waived but it has also not been refunded yet.
In addition to that, I was only partially refunded. There is a $50.32 baggage fee that still hasn't been refunded to my credit card. The total amount charged to my credit card was $388.36, yet only $338.04 was refunded.
FlightHub owes me $125.32 and despite my numerous attempts, it is impossible to speak to a customer service agent and nobody will contact me. I have been expecting a callback for 7 days now.
