ACCOUNT - [protected] I have been trying since 19 November to find out why I stopped receiving InContacts on my phone. The lady I spoke to was clueless!! On the 21st I received a text advising that I had been registered for cellphone banking - why, I didnt ask for it!!! On the 22nd, I received another text advising that I had been DE-REGISTERED!! Who is doing this??
Again, today, I tried calling FNB as my notifications are STILL not coming through. I DONT WANT INCONTACTS ON MY APP, I WANT THEM IN MY MESSAGE BOX ON MY CELL!!
Once again today, 3 December, I received another text advising that I had been registered for cellphone banking. How do I get through to these people? I have been with FNB since 1973, 46 years later and their staff just dont know whats potting!
