Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Waiting over 3 hours for a oil change on a company vehicle which the company does a lot of business with firestone when a appoinment was made!!!

6/1/2022 husband made a appointment to have oil changed on a company vehicle which the company does a lot of business with Firestone, why the hell make a appointment when after 3 hours has past the appointment time husband still waiting for oil change. This is totally unacceptable to do business this way & doesn't give your company a good name, he made the appointment for a certain time so he could pick up meds from the pharmacy for me which I was out of & had a refill done I am disabled & need certain things on time & to take my meds on a manly time schedule, which didn't happen in this case thank you Firestone for screwing up my husbands day & mine also yall really need to run your business differently you keep doing this to faithful customers you are going to be going out of business.
